This over the shoulder viewing feature is a great value when conducting remote training sessions as it allows instructors to see and interact with all students' workspaces at once. **What do you dislike about CloudShare?** Specialized legacy operating systems are extremely cumbersome to set up and require a lot of manual support interaction because of the limitations on networking. The internal reporting portal is very cumbersome to use as it does not have any clear filtering system to break down the costs on a granular level by project. Once we build out our infrastructure as a template, it's easy to share with my team and get repeatable results. I also love the auto-sleep and auto-delete features. After you've spent a bunch of time with a customer showing off your tool, the last thing you want to worry about is having to shut your system down, then comes CloudShare to the rescue with configurable sleep and delete environment times. This helps my team maintain a reasonable budget for our system vs other cloud offerings that don't offer this feature, leading to billing for time we are not using the system. **What do you dislike about CloudShare?** Sometimes the environment is slow to spin up. To combat this, I make sure that I spin my environment 20 minutes before a demo. This could be more a function of the size of infrastructure we are deploying at once, and might not be a CloudShare issue at all. **What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloudshare provides cloud-based infrastructure for our demos, which we can centrally manage for our international team.
