This is how we handle the numerous staff in our organisation. It is incredibly simple and straight-forward to use, and all user roles are transparent. The ability to manage users and accounts and have all data saved in a single database with flexible accessibility are the best advantages. **What do you dislike about Simple CRM?** This CRM appears to be quite dependable, and I have no complaints. Without a question, Simply is the most effective and expensive CRM on the market, but we are unsure if it gives customers the ability to track back data, documents, presentations, etc. **What problems is Simple CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Poor customer service, inaccurate sales forecasting, low productivity from remote locations, a lack of social insights, disorganised and centralised data, and little to no sales and marketing cooperation ### 2.
