**Describe the project or task Cloud Pathfinder helped with:**

One of our primary clients (healthcare BPO) relied upon an outdated ad hoc database to track leads for their inside/outside sales team. We recommended a CRM upgrade to Salesforce to boost overall efficiency, concentrating on their most promising prospects. Having also worked with CPC in a marketing role, we were confident their Salesforce expertise would enable smooth data migration and an optimized CRM platform.


**What do you like best about Cloud Pathfinder?**

The CPC team took time to collaborate with us to understand our client’s specific business model and goals, proactively crafting new CRM solutions along with a fixed deployment timeline. They regularly sought feedback throughout the process, which helped deliver a speedy transition. Jesse, the CEO, takes a hands-on approach, reflecting the values of their ex-military background—commitment and teamwork. 


**What do you dislike about Cloud Pathfinder?**

Really nothing so far. CPC is extremely responsive with ongoing system maintenance and improvements; their deep understanding of the Salesforce platform has been a definite value-add as we help our client scale their marketing and sales efforts.


**Recommendations to others considering Cloud Pathfinder:**

Great team to supplement existing Sales Ops group.
