The only real pain point I've experienced is that sometimes it is difficult to remove tasks for a client, like when they call up and say that they don't want to wire their proceeds or don't want to proceed with esignatures. I like that Closinglock is easy to use and integrates with SoftPro. The addition of DocuSign as a feature is also great. This integration will save us money since we currently have a separate contract for DocuSign and it will now be integrated with our files. We don't use the good funds feature but it's more that we already have a system for online earnest money and we haven't gotten to a point yet where we are willing to accept larger fund amounts remotely other than wires, but some day we may reach that. I tried to edit a client's email the other day and it wouldn't work. I had to delete them and re-add them with the correct information. It would be helpful to be able to edit their email. Also, if we add clients, it would be nice to send them previously uploaded documents without having to go back into our system, resave the documents that were already uploaded to send to a new client. I utilize Closinglock to securely deliver full title work, verify seller banking information, and validate payoff information. I also appreciate its ability to obtain E-signatures when needed. Closinglock helps by streamlining the process for wires and allows me to confidentially ensure that the information I have is accurate. I like that it can verify identity for individuals I am working remotely with, and I can see when someone has accessed documents I have sent them. I really appreciate that Closinglock provides peace of mind for our clients as it is a secure portal, ensuring their personal information won't be compromised.
