I use Closinglock to verify client identity and request documents and information, and it allows me to send and receive wire information securely. Closinglock has significantly reduced the turnaround time for obtaining necessary settlement information from days or weeks to sometimes just minutes. I appreciate the speed and customization options, which let me get information back from my clients quickly and edit or create documents as needed without going through additional requests. I also think our clients recognize and appreciate the serious security precautions we are taking by using Closinglock. The initial setup of Closinglock for our team was very simple. It's a minor issue, but I wish they wouldn't use clients' email addresses as the unique identifier because I would like to change or fix a client's email address without having to delete the entire client record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
