What do you like best about CloseFactor?

CloseFactor allows us to get highly specific in building advertising audiences that match our ICP. Instead of just being able to target by standard demographic factors like company size and industry, CloseFactor allows us to include factors like 'does this account employ more 20 people who work on [insert specific technology here]?' This allows us to be very efficient in our advertising.

What do you dislike about CloseFactor?

What do you like best about CloseFactor?

As a whole the tool is pivitol to my day to day. It's extremly easy to navigate, the support associated with the tool is outstanding, and the're continuously improving and updating the features associated within.

The ability to quickly find and filter across accounts, relevant info, and whatever else you may need is why I start most of my days within the tool helping prep for the day/week ahead. What do you like best about CloseFactor?

The number one thing that Is most helpful in using Closefactor for me Is the deep dive feature that gives me plenty of narrowed down and useful info, that I can use In my strategic account research and outreach. No dislikes. However, if I could and HAD to suggest one thing, It would be to include a section in the deep dives that goes over how MY company can help and aligns with the business initiatives, technological struggles, recent news, etc. that the prospective company has. What do you like best about CloseFactor?

I love Closefactor because it is so simple to use. The UI is easy to navigate and all of the features are actually useful. The customer support is amazing. The Closefactor team is always communicating new features and helping onboard my team. I always use Clsoefactor to begin any new campaigns because of the value it provides. I find so many good contacts in a quick efficient way. I can also export them in many forms. I use it everyday. It recommends contacts and sends tips on what I should reach out in. What do you like best about CloseFactor?

As a sales rep in a large territory, it can be difficult to priortize breaking into hundreds of accounts. CloseFactor provides great top of the funnel insight into which accounts might be best to target based on factors most relevant to your business (e.g. revenue, cloud investment, competitors being used, etc). Once you choose your accounts to target for the week, CloseFactor also provides a long list of relevant contacts to reach out to, based on your buying personas. What do you like best about CloseFactor?

CloseFactor delivers a reasonable territory plan at a glance. As a sales rep, I'm able to immediately identify accounts in my territory deserve special attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloseFactor?

It requires a lot of customization to assure the information that's delivered is as relevant as possible to your specific organization. I often see internal requests to tweak certain criteria. Also, I've found it's most helpful to new reps who are brand new to their territory or account list. I don't find myself using CloseFactor actually all that often. What do you like best about CloseFactor?

The most helpful thing about CloseFactor is the ability to quickly see information about my customers and prospects, without having to do tons of googling or tedious Linkedin filtered searches.

What do you dislike about CloseFactor?

I think CloseFactor still has a ways to go on data validation. I frequently see 'hiring indicators' that, when clicked into, don't populate anything. So whatever is scraping the careers/now hiring pages of these companies doesn't seem to be able to capture anythin.g
