**What do you like best about CloseFactor?**

CloseFactor allows us to get highly specific in building advertising audiences that match our ICP. Instead of just being able to target by standard demographic factors like company size and industry, CloseFactor allows us to include factors like 'does this account employ more 20 people who work on [insert specific technology here]?' This allows us to be very efficient in our advertising.

CloseFactor has also been very responsive when we've had suggestions for small updates that could improve their platform.

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

There was a bit of a learning curve in getting up to speed on how to use the platform, but the customer success team has been very good about walking us through everything.

**What problems is CloseFactor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that CloseFactor solves for us is allowing us to be extremely specific in defining our ideal customer profile. In addition to this, once our target accounts have been identified, we're able to build audiences of our target personas who work for those accounts.

**What do you like best about CloseFactor?**

As a whole the tool is pivitol to my day to day. It's extremly easy to navigate, the support associated with the tool is outstanding, and the're continuously improving and updating the features associated within.

The ability to quickly find and filter across accounts, relevant info, and whatever else you may need is why I start most of my days within the tool helping prep for the day/week ahead. Team is also very responsive with ideas or critiques and have been working to continuously grow the toolset.

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

Nothing at the moment, I think the tool as a whole has been great so far.

**What problems is CloseFactor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too much noise. Researching today can take extremly long across multiple accounts ultimiately eating up a good portion of your day.

CF helps me find said information, appropriate contacts, and gives me time back in my day to actually accomplish what needs to be done.

**What do you like best about CloseFactor?**

The number one thing that Is most helpful in using Closefactor for me Is the deep dive feature that gives me plenty of narrowed down and useful info, that I can use In my strategic account research and outreach. This Is the main upside, It has saved me tons of hours looking through 10k reports and press releases for my top accounts.

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

No dislikes. However, if I could and HAD to suggest one thing, It would be to include a section in the deep dives that goes over how MY company can help and aligns with the business initiatives, technological struggles, recent news, etc. that the prospective company has.

**What problems is CloseFactor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#1 Time it takes to do research on top accounts 
#2 Time it takes to identify teams and/or prospects that are using specific technologies within accounts. (i.e. spinnaker, k8s, etc)
#3 Lengthy tasks like connecting with people on Linkedin

CloseFactor's introduction of the Deep Dive feature has been a true game changer in our never ending pursuit to align value to a business's challenges and goals. The Deep Dive feature makes it easy to understand a company's buisness model, financial performance, initatives, market expansion and competitors all in one, intutitive place, making conversations more effective for outreach and continued discovery.

I've only really used the Deep Dive functionality and need to do a better job exploring the other features of the product.

CloseFactor does the research in the background to pull together what sellers are looking for in an overview about a company. This makes it easier to align value to a business's challenges and goals.

**What do you like best about CloseFactor?**

I love Closefactor because it is so simple to use. The UI is easy to navigate and all of the features are actually useful. The customer support is amazing. The Closefactor team is always communicating new features and helping onboard my team. I always use Clsoefactor to begin any new campaigns because of the value it provides. I find so many good contacts in a quick efficient way. I can also export them in many forms. I use it everyday. It recommends contacts and sends tips on what I should reach out in. It was also super easy to implement!

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

I wouldn't say I dislike anything. I wish there was a Salesforce integration where I could export bulk contacts over there.

**What problems is CloseFactor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving prospecting and the value of contacts. It benefits my sales team because we are able to reach out to people who will find value in my campaign. I am not blindly reaching out.

**What do you like best about CloseFactor?**

As a sales rep in a large territory, it can be difficult to priortize breaking into hundreds of accounts. CloseFactor provides great top of the funnel insight into which accounts might be best to target based on factors most relevant to your business (e.g. revenue, cloud investment, competitors being used, etc). Once you choose your accounts to target for the week, CloseFactor also provides a long list of relevant contacts to reach out to, based on your buying personas. This reduces the time and effort needed manually searching through other methods. The team is also great to work with and open to customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

I think CloseFactor has the opportunity to strengthen their deeper insights of accounts, which will help ensure we stay aligned to overall business drivers/goals as opps move through the sales process.

It's mainly helpful for prioritizing accounts to target for weekly/monthly/quarterly sales outreach.

**What do you like best about CloseFactor?**

CloseFactor delivers a reasonable territory plan at a glance. As a sales rep, I'm able to immediately identify accounts in my territory deserve special attention.

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

It requires  a lot of customization to assure the information that's delivered is as relevant as possible to your specific organization. I often see internal requests to tweak certain criteria. Also, I've found it's most helpful to new reps who are brand new to their territory or account list. I don't find myself using CloseFactor actually all that often.

**What problems is CloseFactor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can be time-consuming to identify specific accounts, and then the right individuals within those accounts, to target with sales outreach. CloseFactor solves this problem by delivering it to you automatically using its built-in intelligence. This means more time for me to come up with custom messaging, work on proposals, etc.

**What do you like best about CloseFactor?**

The most helpful thing about CloseFactor is the ability to quickly see information about my customers and prospects, without having to do tons of googling or tedious Linkedin filtered searches.

I use Closefactor daily and it provides great insights!

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

I think CloseFactor still has a ways to go on data validation. I frequently see 'hiring indicators' that, when clicked into, don't populate anything. So whatever is scraping the careers/now hiring pages of these companies doesn't seem to be able to capture anythin.g 

Additionally, the barometers are shown to be one or two bars high, and then there's nothing associated with that element when I click into it.

CloseFactor is helping me find information about my prospects and customers, so I can craft better and more relevant messaging/talk tracks.

CloseFactor's ability to quickly bubble up the most likely accounts for your campaigns is awesome.   Typically reps spend lots of time and energy trying to manually determine how to build out their accounts strategy - CF makes this simple with their advanced approach.

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

So far, so good!  I've used CF now in my past several roles/companies and it has proven to provide a great advantage compared to others.

CF is able to quickly and easliy identify accounts and ICPs for fast targeting.

CloseFactor helps us find the right contacts for our ICP accounts! It also helps us find the right information about the accounts as well through the deep dive feature. My favorite feature is by far the deep dives!

There are sometimes bugs. But our customer success manager, Joyce, always responds promptly and gets things fixed.

Finding the right contacts; i can book more meetings and hit my quota.

I really like how the platform aggregates data across job listings and LinkedIn. It makes it very easy to prioritize accounts by which ones are showing the most relevant signals.

Our CSM is awesome to work with! Makes themself available to all of our end-users and is prompt to reply and help when issues arise.

I use CloseFactor when I'm in my account research phase, but I have not found much of a use for it beyond that.

It's helping me quickly understand what technologies an account is user, what roles they are hiring for and areas of investment, and who at the account knows our technology.

It is early in my interaction with the tool so have not found any gaps as yet

The intelgiance that the CloseFactor dashboards provide to me in realtion to target persones and "smoke signals" is incredably valuable. The time it frees up for me now I dont have to sift through endless LinkedIn profiles is irreplaceable

CloseFactor is the essential core of my ABM go-to-market plan.  I am able to define and identify my ICP accounts and contacts that are prioritized for my SDR team.

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

Nothing major. It is a great solution for ABM marketing!

I have a very specific ICP and needed to identify accounts AND contacts that match that ICP so that I can make my SDRs more efficient.  Searching LI Sales Nav was too time consuming and required a lot of prior knowledge about our industry that new SDRs will not have.

Makes it easy to understand where there's smoke.

**What do you dislike about CloseFactor?**

Sometimes captures keywords from past roles, or keywords that are actually a different word in a different language (ie. Tempo is a product of ours and also means time in Portugues) so it isn't always accurate. Also, only accounts in Salesforce are captured and no other accounts in my general territory, where there might be smoke.

Finding keywords in people's LinkedIn profiles, making it easy to know which accounts and people to target.

Closefactor gives me the ability to quickly find top targets to reach out to in my accounts. The UI is easy to navigate and the ability to export lists makes it easy to organize/share information with the team.

I would like it if I could filter the LinkedIn keywords to only pull from leads current jobs/roles.

I like that I can see open job postings and LinkedIn pages without having to search individually. Saves me a lot of time!

You can't tell whether someone is currently using a product, or whether they used it in the past. Closefactor can only tell you if a word is on someone's LinkedIn page–which isn't useful to me if they had used that product/service years prior.

This was given to my team to help reearch deals. It provides more detail than like LeadIQ, zoominfo, etc. but it's not as intuitive so I don't use it as much and I could definitely be making better use of it.

Not the best UI/UX and didn't get trained how best to use so I don't think it's optimized.

Ease of use, the number and ease of integrations, and the Deep Dive feature which helps salespeople like myself create more personalized messaging.

Not many bad things to say. At first, I wanted to see some integrations, but they were still on the roadmap. It did not take Close Factor long to deliver on the FR.

The CloseFactor deep dive feature is terrific to get important insights on an organization quickly.  Sometimes reading through 10K and other important materials on a target account, the deep dive feautre can get you that information quickly.

Often times the ability to connect on Linkedin or tranfer to outreach  only works half of the time.

This tool has been instrumental in my territory build out and saved me hours from having to do manual searches aroudn who my top targets should be. Their support team is highly engagaed and great to work with. I use this daily for prospecting!

I wish there were deeper dives into each of the accounts but I know that this is something that they are working on based on feedback.

It would be better if Close Factor would also integrate with Linkedin and fetch contacts of the company.
