Lexicata has made it very easy for our firm to connect leads and turn them in to clients. Over all the system is easy to use and navigate. It incorporates hello sign which makes it easy for clients to sign the necessary documents. Over all i like that Lexicata has been made it so much easier to keep connected with our clients. Love it! Any issues i had with Lexicata they have been fixed. My main dislike was when you add a contact and could not add more then one matter to the profile. However, that has been updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A standout amongst the most points of interest is that the shape Creation isn't just for admission however to gather a wide range of data. I utilize it to gather nitty gritty individual data from my separation intercession customers. Worked in combination with HelloSign enables me to make singable archives from my own .pdf layouts is an awesome favorable position. I utilize the "Plan" include as my "to do" framework. It has worked in update email instruments which I observed to be significantly more successful than the bunch of online "to do" programs. A standout amongst the most inconveniences is that there is certifiably not a versatile application. I might like to see better integration with my Gmail contacts. At this moment, I do some double entry which isn't as convenient as I might like. Additionally, I might like to see integration with a time/billing system (which I am told might be in progress) and ultimately an interface with Quickbooks. Some things in Lexicata are not customizable and that can be irritating. Also, the automation is extremely limited, and could be improved. The integration with Mailchimp could be better as well. Lexicata is instinctive, spotless, simple to setup and simple to utilize. The best CRM available for lawyers hoping to increase finish control of their business procedure and gain perceivability + bits of knowledge to their business pipeline. It's great because you can keep all of the information in one place from the very beginning. It is also completely customizable so it can be suited to just about anyone's needs. The task management features are extremely cumbersome. First, you have to dive into sub-menus to find out what tasks are due or overdue. Even when you do find the task list, you have to click on each task individually to figure out what matter it relates to and who it is assigned to. As you can imagine, a law firm may have several lawyers with "write brief" as a task. The task feed only says "write brief" without saying what case it relates to or who needs to do it. Worse, unless the task is due today, the task feed doesn't state when the task is due. Again, you have to click on each item individually. It seems that each user's tasks (and only that user's tasks) should appear prominently on the dashboard and the tasks should include issue and due date. Regarding issues, I would prefer stronger security on the forms. As lawyers, we collect confidential information. Information collected on a Lexicata form is accessible to ANYONE who has the secret link, and it remains accessible indefinitely after the form is submitted (unless you manually delete the form after downloading it). Apparently, it is not stored encrypted at rest on the Lexicata server. Formstack is much more secure. Once a form is submitted, only an authorized Formstack user can access the data. Formstack also allows you to set an option to keep the data encrypted at rest on the server so that an encryption key is required to open it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
