With this approach, we will work with you to identify a target chargeback percentage. If in a given quarter we exceed that KPI, we will offer a predetermined discount on your quarterly invoice. As always, your price based on the number of approved transactions every month.

What do you like best about ClearSale?

We've just completed our project to switch to a new ecommerce platform, and have opted for Clearsales. Clearsales was incredibly easy to integrate with Shopify, we had great service for all our questions, answered in a super reasonable time. The service offered by Clearsales is well worth it, especially as this work was done on a daily basis by our in-house team, who can now focus on higher value-added tasks. What do you dislike about ClearSale?

We have much less loadback management, of course, but we don't see this information in clearsales. I'd have liked our admin teams to have this information directly from the platform. Also from a continuous improvement point of view, that way clearsales would be aware of orders that have ended up as chargebacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it is very easy to use and helps tell us what transactions are fraud or approved its format is very straightforward and the pricing is affordable it is also very easy to integrate into your companies website.
