"ClearSale Gives Me Peace of Mind"

What do you like best?

ClearSale gives me peace of mind at a reasonable price. I can go ahead and process a sale without worrying about fraud. If there is ever a problem, customer support answers emails in a reasonable time with a solution. The cost for this service is almost half of what my previous service provider was charging me. What do you dislike?

It does take a lot of time to get a decision on some orders. This happens rarely though and I understand that it sometimes takes time to do a thorough investigation. They do require a customer email in order to process the email. This is not the best situation because some customers prefer to just use a phone number on an order. Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would highly recommend using ClearSale. The small charge on each order is very much worth the peace of mind you will have while using it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Without ClearSale, I would have to do my own investigations on questionable orders, which takes time away from other tasks. Even then, I may not be totally confident in going ahead with an order. ClearSale gives me that confidence. I also like the fact that they don't charge me for PayPal orders, which are already guaranteed by PayPal.
