They are easy to work with, and approve purchases usually within a couple hours. **What do you dislike about ClearSale?** They keep changing their user website, and although I think they are trying to make it better overall, its still sometimes confusing. Plus, it seems every time I have to submit a chargeback to them, the process on their website has changed. The app integrates perfectly with Shopify and is straight forward to use. All our orders are analyzed by clear.sale and fraudulent orders are flagged with great accuracy. This app has helped us save a lot of money on charge backs! **What do you dislike about ClearSale?** There is not much I dislike about the app. Some orders take a substantial time to be analyzed by clear.sale. Maybe clear.sale could do it faster. Another issue is that address changes cannot be submitted through the app. If an order has been analyzed and we want to change the address we have to reach out to a clear.sale representative to get the confirmation. It would be helpful if we could do this through the app. **Recommendations to others considering ClearSale:** Try it out and see for yourself! Before using clear.sale we had a lot of fraudulent orders that resulted in disputes/ chargebacks. Clear.Sale helps us to flag fraudulent orders right away. We can then cancel the order without investing time and effort into fulfilling the order. With clear.sale we considerably reduced the number of disputes and chargebacks.
