Everything was delivered as promised. They were very technically knowledgeable. **What problems is ClearSale solving and how is that benefiting you?** We sell luxury watches and jewelry. Our store owners are totally risk averse. They would not sell products online without guaranteed fraud control. Clear-sale offers us this. When we were looking for risk control service, they were the only company that would offer this service to our company because our sales did not exceed $25 million. I've used them with both BigCommerce and Shopify. I found them both to be half-baked integrations that require far too many occasional tweaks and fiddling for no apparent reason. Also, it sometimes takes too long for fraud reviews to be completed. **Recommendations to others considering ClearSale:** You get what you pay for. The other thing that has happened a couple of times is that there are some orders that need to be cleared automatically, but for some reason, the system sends them for a manual review.
