
I love the data it stores. Without it in HR, I would be lost. I need the notes on shifts, the documentation of changes in availability, the call outs, and the changes in personal information. I also find it essential to refer back to the data for unemployment claims, worker comp claims, terminations, warnings, and on the other side, annual evaluations, pay rate changes, and health insurance benefits eligibility. The update that occurred messed up the clock feature that lets me see who last edited a shift. Now, the last person who looks at it appears as if they created the shift, which they did not. It messed up tracking when a shift is edited or created and who actually did it. Also, it's supposed to integrate with ADP but it doesn't for us, so we have to export and import payroll data, and that sucks. We integrate with CareAcademy and CheckR but there are issues and concerns there too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
