It’s a great way to proctor test and easy to set up. Being able to embed our test seamlessly into our websites was a big selling point. Also, we’ve had to reach out to Support a few times and we’re getting real people. That makes a huge difference when you’re working with a product. I used ClassMarker to create a judge certification program for a competitive game after seeing another game use the same tool in their official judge program.

The interface is generally surprisingly modern and easy to work with. I especially like the level of analysis you can get across the aggregate of all test takers. It allowed us to identify questions that were causing frictions in ways we didn't intend and will be a big part of informing how we build the test going forward.

I've had to reach out to their support team a few times, and they were always extremely responsive and helpful.

My one criticism would be that the level of design control you have over the test itself is extremely limited, and design options such as displaying a logo don't work well. This is a relatively niche and inexpensive software product and I'm sure the team has to prioritize aggressively, and such design features are not exactly crucial to the test-taking experience. Uptime has exceeded 99%. An IT ninja must have designed their website because it easily navigates challenging firewalls. We've been using Classmarker for 3+ years now; we are a training company. Classmarker is by far the best we've ever tried in the last decade - the extensive, well thought through features, the ease of use, and the superb customer support. I was astonished when I sent a customer support ticket on a Sunday, a LIVE agent responded in minutes and kept at it till the bug - due to a McAfee extension on my laptop, not a Classmarker issue - was sorted. They have support which is getting hard to find any more. The control over the questions and how the test are given is very very detailed, much more that several others we have tried. The correct answer can be displayed immediately, so the test can be for evaluation or training. We are using it for staff training more than customer feedback. I really like the ability to have questions pull from a question bank. This way not everyone gets the same test. I also like that the user can download a custom certificate if they so desire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right now we are in the beta stage of trying this out. What I don't like is that when integrated with Dozuki,the user experience is less than desirable when it comes to the way the test looks on the Dozuki site. Using the question database by creating our categories and questions gives us great flexibility in the topics we want to use. The results are clear, and we can use it to analyze what the level of knowledge is within our company. From there on, we know where we can focus our attention in our education program.

The group testing option is less flexible than the tests by a link when it comes to all the possible features that ClassMarker has to offer.
