It’s a great way to proctor test and easy to set up. Being able to embed our test seamlessly into our websites was a big selling point. Also, we’ve had to reach out to Support a few times and we’re getting real people. That makes a huge difference when you’re working with a product. I admire this because we work the same way at my company. And, although we’ve only needed a few times. They are very quick to reply and very helpful.

I used ClassMarker to create a judge certification program for a competitive game after seeing another game use the same tool in their official judge program. The interface is generally surprisingly modern and easy to work with. I especially like the level of analysis you can get across the aggregate of all test takers. It allowed us to identify questions that were causing frictions in ways we didn't intend and will be a big part of informing how we build the test going forward. I've had to reach out to their support team a few times, and they were always extremely responsive and helpful. I definitely plan to continue using ClassMarker for this project and would consider it in other professional contexts in the future.
