What do you like best about CIM?

As a complex company with operations in several countries, we find CIM to be a highly adaptable tool. Its modular design lets us select only the modules that fit our requirements, and we greatly value the flexibility to tailor it to our specific needs. The integrated solutions work exceptionally well, and the customer support and follow-up have been outstanding. What do you dislike about CIM?
