As a virtual assistant, I knew I needed to learn how to use AI chatbots to support my clients. Learning ChitChatBot was a whole new ballgame for me!

When I ran into questions about setting up the flow for my client and submitted a support request through the main website, I was SO grateful to not only hear back but get backend support fixing the flow so that I could use it as a template for future flows! Ryan was quick to respond via email and so considerate in taking the time to put notes in the templates so I could not only use the flow but learn from it. This is a level of support that I've never experienced while using today's modern software!

Implementing ChitChatBot as a part of our social media strategy has been a game changer. The opportunity to keep the automations simple or make them as detailed as we like is awesome. Everything can be customized and there are so many options for what we can build into a flow. It is saving our team tonnes of time and helping us stay "relevant" with the way social media is integrating AI automation.

Getting setup and our accounts connected was insanely simple, as was inviting team members to create a profile. This is a feature that I was really grateful to see that they have provided from the get go (and not only once you upgrade to a certain tier).

The support team have been amazing when we have run into questions or issues. They have provided assistance with the way the flows go together, including fixing the structure we built and adding explanation notes so that we are learning the why behind the process so we can avoid making the same mistakes in the future.

I did a lot of research into the best options for having a chatbot application and although ManyChat seems to be popular, I am super glad that I have gone with ChitChatBot as they are providing a service and value to a whole other level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any new system or platform, there is the learning journey of understanding how it works and how it integrates with your existing systems.

The amount of support material and guides to explain how to use ChitChatBot at this time is limited. However they have made up for this with the level of support they have provided. Helping us to fill in gaps in our flows and teaching us how and why to do it the way they explain in the future.

You can deploy chatbots on multiple channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and of course your own website.
