**What do you like best about ChatForm?**

I really appreciated the way I could intuitively use ChatForm's tooling to setup interactive flows for my customers via chat. Without exaggeration, this has already saved my business 100+ hours of tedious customer support time, and increased engagement. I can't recommend them enough! I was handheld through the onboarding process and got set up in no time with my messaging channels and form flows as well as a very successful marketing broadcast. 10/10 would recommend!

**What do you dislike about ChatForm?**

I experienced a few minor bugs with their mobile app (which actually were solved following an update which was nice and support was very responsive).

**What problems is ChatForm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was being bombarded by customer support issues, across phone calls, emails, and messages. I found it most helpful to be able to delegate most of my high pressing and high volume issues to smooth interactive flows with the chatform builder, and the inbox was very helpful for communicating with my customers.

**What do you like best about ChatForm?**

I recently came across an impressive chat-bot app that's still in development but already packed with cool features. It offers automatic responses, personalized conversations, custom forms, and predefined replies. What's more, you can even send broadcasts to specific contacts via SMS and WhatsApp. 

Moreover, the app's web version boasts an even more extensive range of functionalities, providing users with additional capabilities. On the other hand, the mobile app offers a user-friendly interface that makes chatting on the go a breeze. With continuous updates and improvements, this app is quickly becoming a must-have messaging tool for both web and mobile users. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about ChatForm?**

I couldn't find any downsides to using this app.

**What problems is ChatForm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatForm solves the problem of managing multiple messaging platforms in one place, streamlining communication and saving valuable time. Its seamless integration of SMS and WhatsApp, along with automated responses and custom forms, makes it an efficient messaging tool that benefits users by simplifying their chat interactions and enhancing productivity.
