You can also customize and configure to your specific needs generally with limitations however you need a consultant or Salesforce expert to do this. I also like that FinancialForce is always developing on and creating new features. **What do you dislike about Certinia Financial Management Cloud?** It is a lot to learn and isn't as user friendly for someone who doesn't know salesforce so for small or simple companies, the ROI may not be there. To really utilize this well, you have to have someone that can learn Salesforce well and an Salesforce admin or cotnract out to a professional consultant that can configure and maintain the system. Every release there tends to be some heralded solution to this but so far every one of them has had its shortcomings. In the end we ended up using Microsoft Power BI which let us accomplish what we were looking for. It is somewhat messy on an admin side. Coming from a Salesforce experience it has a lot of different areas to manage its various elements. But, that is like any other new technology you onboard.
