I appreciate that Certinia Financial Management Cloud provides a seamless pipeline from our sales process through to billing and invoicing, allowing us to manage all pieces of the client lifecycle with one tool. It's a great SaaS product, requiring minimal technical setup, which makes it easier to configure the tool to meet our business needs, including data and process mapping, permissions, and template generation. We appreciate that we don't need to hire outside developers to modify our process flows. Building automated flows doesn't require any coding knowledge and is quite simple. Many of the processes that we couldn't accomplish with our old system have been automated. Interfaces are generally friendly to users. We were successful in locating applications on the market to create simple interfaces with our online sales systems. Despite being simple to use for routine operations, the system is incredibly strong and capable of managing and maintaining massive live client databases. we frequently use it, It is easy to use and customer support is good.
