Used for clients to manage on boarding and applicant tracking as well as seamless payroll integration and time off tracking. **What do you like best about CBIZ?** Friendly knowledgeable staff that truly embodies the “customer comes first “ mentality. **What do you dislike about CBIZ?** When they were bought by a much larger non-local corporation the little things that made them outstanding in service slowly began to disappear **Recommendations to others considering CBIZ:** Know what you are in the market for and do your research prior to any meeting. It’s east to get swept up with the add-ons and extras and while they appear useful and super helpful these additional services can be more of a hindrance than an asset when not utilized in the correct setting **What problems is CBIZ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll and timekeeping as well as tax filing and W2 and 1099 processing ### 2. The software is fully configurable, intuitive, and you don't need to be an expert in programs or nominate to use it. Additionally, it provides tax services that is much more practical. With Flex-Pay we minimize payroll problems by bringing it almost to 0, knowing that the payroll is essential in both large and small companies. **What do you dislike about CBIZ?** This tool is highly effective, I don't find any negative points in it, the more I use it the more I like it. Like all software, manual data must be loaded and sometimes the process is slow, however it does not present errors. It is very fluid. **Recommendations to others considering CBIZ:** I recommend Flex-Pay for many reasons, among which are: Security and reliability in the software. The ease of use and its fluid interface. Additionally, a point of great value is its technical support, the staff is very qualified and they really respond to our requirements in very short times. Without a doubt it is a fundamental tool for companies. **What problems is CBIZ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flex-Pay allows us to save a lot of time in payroll work, previously we had to use human and monetary resources to perform payroll calculations, now this powerful software allows us to perform those tasks in minutes. Easy to use. 4. adaptable. This tool allows our clients to spend many more hours and not in payroll and tax processes **What do you dislike about CBIZ?** During all the time this tool has been used, we have not had complaints, but not everything is so great. sometimes there is a slow processing of the data, however it does not generate any type of error. It would be perfect if the interface was a bit more intuitive so that the process would be more fluid and fast.
