The support team assigned remains constant and the employees become familiar with our Workday tenant and environment, making every interaction smooth.

**What do you dislike about OneSource Virtual?**

Our partnership and experience with OSV has been a positive one.

**Recommendations to others considering OneSource Virtual:**

OSV should be your Workday partner of choice.  Great team, highliy skilled, and their customer service is top-notch.

**What problems is OneSource Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used OSV for implemenation, post go-live support, and payroll services since going live with Workday in January 2019.  We have worked with a number of highly skilled support employees at OSV in our 4+ year relationship.  Their customer support portal is also so easy to use and beneficial when searching for historical tickets.

**What do you like best about OneSource Virtual?**

OSV has solved the balancing f problem we had with our prior software. It is helpful that everything was set up properly and tested upon switching to this awesome product. It takes less time to balance to our finding. The reports are properly set up and very easy to follow.  It makes balancing virtually painless!

**What do you dislike about OneSource Virtual?**

I Dont like having to open cases to get the assistance I need right away. Sometimes the solution takes longer to fix.

**Recommendations to others considering OneSource Virtual:**

I highly recommend OSV as it ia very up to date and makes our jobs so much easier. We work more efficiently.

**What problems is OneSource Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OSV is solving issues with balancing to Workday, where ADP was unable to exactly balance to our payrolls. We are much more productive and they balance and provide excellent reporting

OSV has the necessary skillset to accomplish the processes and other assistance when needed aleviating those additional requirements on our internal teams.

**What do you dislike about OneSource Virtual?**

I honestly can't say that I can find anything I dislike or a downside.

**Recommendations to others considering OneSource Virtual:**

If you are looking for a knowledgeable efficient partner for your Workday solution, OSV is exactly what you need. From implementation to routine benefits administration, tax filing, payroll settlement activities, etc, they provide excellent services and has been consistent for our business since 2015.

**What problems is OneSource Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One Source Virtual provides Workday administrative assistance with the downstream processes allowing our teams to be lean and efficient.

The One source virtual has been helpful with so many solutions in one place, making it easier for employees to manage their work and get information in one place.

OneSource Virtual has helped us with the implementation of Workday during out transition away from our PEO. They have assisted in areas such as HCM data collection, Payroll, Benefits, Project Management, and more.

**What do you like best about OneSource Virtual?**

The most helpful aspect of OneSource Virtual's assistance has been their project management - they help us stay on top of tasks and efficiently complete everything.

**What do you dislike about OneSource Virtual?**

There have been a few miscommunication issues as well as training issues. We felt that we did not have the proper knowledge needed in order to move forward at times.

**Recommendations to others considering OneSource Virtual:**

They are a great resource as long as you make it a point to ask for training for all features that are being provided.

**What problems is OneSource Virtual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of having all HR data and processes in one central HRIS system. The benefits so far has been a centralized data collection center, as well as better transparency and communication between the US and UK teams.

**Describe the project or task OneSource Virtual helped with:**

Our company had previously implemented Workday HCM, Absence and Benefits and were launching the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules for North America (US, Canada and Puerto Rico) along with an update of our time off plans. OSV was our implementation partner to configure the modules, project manage the implementation and lead the change management strategy and create instructional design tools. 

**What do you like best about OneSource Virtual?**

OSV's payroll and time tracking configuration consultants were very strong - they were able to configure our payroll and time tracking processes to our specifications with very little issues or problems. The change management team was also very good - our lead was very communicative and adaptable when we needed to change our strategy and training plans. Our retail company had very little noise during a payroll and time tracking go-live (a HUGE feat)!

**What do you dislike about OneSource Virtual?**

The project management from OSV's side was very weak. Our main project manager was very weak (he is no longer with OSV) and many timelines were missed or we were not made aware of because the PM did not stay on top of all the moving parts. Also, the team was very aggressive in aiming for an unattainable go-live date even after we questioned the short project duration. Due to moving out the project, we ended up adding a LOT of budget to the project after the initial capital was approved. 

**Recommendations to others considering OneSource Virtual:**

Make sure you look through the SOW scope VERY carefully and ask many questions to ensure everything you need is captured. Also, ask to interview your PM before committing to the project and make sure you understand the split of responsibilities between your PM department and OSV's. We ended up instisting on a regular meeting cadence between the OSV leaders (the PM's manager) and our project and management teams to create more visibility and accountability.
