What do you like best about MSA?

MSA made setting up our company in Singapore incredibly easy. They handled everything from incorporation to opening our corporate bank account, which can be tricky. What do you like best about MSA?

MSA provided excellent support in setting up our company in Thailand. The incorporation was smooth, and their expertise in handling the BOI (Board of Investment) approval made the process much easier. What do you like best about MSA?

My account manager Brecht really walks the extra mile when necessary - unlike other providers we used in the past MSA's team is always straighforward and tells at shortest notice what is possible and what is not without beating around the bush. We had an unfortane situation last year (I cannot go into detail) and Brecht and other members of the MSA team worked around the clock to resolve the issue, being the connecting link between our company, regulating autorities and other parties involved. MSA played a key role in minizing the negative impacts of this event on our business and where other service providers have walked away or panicked when the storm was incoming, MSA team braced for impact and professionally guided us through the whole process.

Just because it isn't easy doesn't mean it can't be done. This attitude makes me want to work and stay with MSA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MSA?

Untill recent I have not had any significant negative experiences with MSA. No service provider is perfect, neither is MSA, but their level of professionalism includes that when small issues occure they are solved very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MSA?

It was impresseive how MSA took care of not just the obvious stuff but all aspects of the project. From hiring to setting up the company, they were on top of every detail. Bank accounts were particularly tough in China to get but MSA pushed through. Another example, the setup in China was done in record time, and in HK, they got our bank accounts sorted without any hassle as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
