We had an unfortane situation last year (I cannot go into detail) and Brecht and other members of the MSA team worked around the clock to resolve the issue, being the connecting link between our company, regulating autorities and other parties involved. MSA played a key role in minizing the negative impacts of this event on our business and where other service providers have walked away or panicked when the storm was incoming, MSA team braced for impact and professionally guided us through the whole process. Just because it isn't easy doesn't mean it can't be done. This attitude makes me want to work and stay with MSA. **What do you dislike about MSA?** Untill recent I have not had any significant negative experiences with MSA. No service provider is perfect, neither is MSA, but their level of professionalism includes that when small issues occure they are solved very quickly. **Recommendations to others considering MSA:** I strongly recommend to sign for multiple years in order to get a better / more economical offer. You won't regret making a long term commitment to MSA even though their services are more expensive compared to local providers. **What problems is MSA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Setting up a WOFE in mainland China, with connections to an entity in the Hong Kong SAR and two European countries. Now that we are active in the Chinese market for a couple of years MSA is doing our payroll, and assists us on 2 major greenfield investments in mainland China which are financed by two of our offshore entities. ### 8. From hiring to setting up the company, they were on top of every detail. Bank accounts were particularly tough in China to get but MSA pushed through. Another example, the setup in China was done in record time, and in HK, they got our bank accounts sorted without any hassle as well. **What do you dislike about MSA?** Honestly, not much to dislike. Maybe just that their documentation could have been a bit more simplified. But overall, they did an amazing job. **What problems is MSA solving and how is that benefiting you?** MSA helped us hire our first employees in HK and China using their EOR services. So basically you dont jsut deal with numbers but with real people. That was a relief **What do you dislike about MSA?** Quite frankly, no nothing. So far at least, they have been enormously helpful and pointed out things and risks which even we had not realized yet. **Recommendations to others considering MSA:** Don't think that you can do everything yourself and in-house. Unless you are a Forbes 500 company, your inhouse team is simply not setup for and staffed in order to take on all challenges mounting in working in an international environment. MSA is our Go-to party for anything ASIA **What problems is MSA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Together with our company's growth, we had to streamline accounting and tax declarations locally in China and Asia. Our internal team was unable to grow together with the growing need for solving regulatory issues linked with that growth so we had to find a long-term reliable partner. That has become MSA. Next to that, same as many companies acting on an international scale, HQ needed standardized reporting throughout all subsidiaries. MSA established that for us and is doing that today for us. Finally, tax declarations and -calculation has been outsourced, together with its underlying responsibilities, to MSA, which we certainly dont regret. ### 13. You know, dealing with cultural differences. And let me tell you about Hong Kong—thanks to MSA, we had zero hiccups with getting our employees settled in and productive from day one. Not much to say here in my case at least. **What problems is MSA solving and how is that benefiting you?** So due to internal restructuring, we had to liquidate and close, and repatriate capital of one of our subs in China and Hong Kong. We contracted MSA after a first interaction on their website where they posted ample material to brief us on the procedure. They were direct, fast and efficient. All discussions with the government were handled by them and we had a clean exit of that branch. ### 20.
