My account manager Brecht really walks the extra mile when necessary - unlike other providers we used in the past MSA's team is always straighforward and tells at shortest notice what is possible and what is not without beating around the bush. We had an unfortane situation last year (I cannot go into detail) and Brecht and other members of the MSA team worked around the clock to resolve the issue, being the connecting link between our company, regulating autorities and other parties involved. MSA played a key role in minizing the negative impacts of this event on our business and where other service providers have walked away or panicked when the storm was incoming, MSA team braced for impact and professionally guided us through the whole process.

It was impresseive how MSA took care of not just the obvious stuff but all aspects of the project. From hiring to setting up the company, they were on top of every detail. Bank accounts were particularly tough in China to get but MSA pushed through.
