Also logging in to the app itself if it happen to be that in that particular time inverval there are multiple / lots of users logging in. Also the self service option for password reset is not that smooth to use. **Recommendations to others considering JeonSoft:** ESS facilitates employees' faster and more accurate completion of HR-related tasks. By letting workers take care of HR-related duties on their own, managers, administrative staff, and HR personnel will have less time to work. Data accuracy is further improved when employees enter their own information. **What problems is JeonSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the main important work ethics that employees should have is Punctuality. ESS helps to track daily attendance of the employees and it helps for the manager to monitor the behaviours of their associates. ESS also helps with the payroll to make sure that the holiday premium will apply on the employees salary. ### 2. It has different features or option you can navigate. easier to file leaves check our payslip and all that this is the tool we use to record our attendance and monitor our payroll computation **What do you dislike about JeonSoft?** what I dislike about Jeonsoft is that sometimes it will give you errors when logging in and easily been logout for just a short period of time when idle **Recommendations to others considering JeonSoft:** I recommend that it should have a couple of minutes of idle before automatically being logged out all the time when Idle. It better if it will not be automatically logged out when idle for a couple of minutes instead of keep on getting logged out everytime and i need to put my details or logins over and over again **What problems is JeonSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** thisis the tool we use to record our time in and out and it helps keep our daily time record that will be use for our monthly pay ### 3. I am able to correct their missed login/logout, too, for them to have no issue with their salary. I am able to check through color coding if there is something I missed. It catches my attention and from there I'll able to validate if it is valid or not. **What do you dislike about JeonSoft?** What I disloke about JeonSoft, at times, my approval of missed login/logout do not reflect immediately in their timesheet. There are times that it would take 1 days for the correction to appear in their timesheet. **Recommendations to others considering JeonSoft:** I would highly recommend JeonSoft to others to consider using it because it easy to use, easy to navigate, reflects real-time login/logouts, they can file their intended leaves, file for correction of logins. You'd able to check all the logins they made even on the previous months. This is one tool you can easily monitor your attendance and of your subordinates. **What problems is JeonSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** JeonSoft is helping me to resolve my associates time-in if they are able to come on time. I am able to see if they are late which we have zero tolerance in terms of their attendance. I am able to see, as well, the different leaves or paid-time-off applied such as Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Single Parent Leave and others. I am able to correct their logins/logout too if ever they failed to login due to some specific reason they will provide. I am able to track their attendance performance with the help of JeonSoft. ### 4. It gives us different version of payslip available like there´s a customize version and there is a detailes version. **What do you dislike about JeonSoft?** It easily log out once you go idle for 5 minutes I guess. **Recommendations to others considering JeonSoft:** It is recommendable to use JeonSoft most especially in a company with many employee. So you will be transparent with the employee with their deductions and the employee will have the best option to possible for accessing their log ins. **What problems is JeonSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to have the capacity to file my overtime, leaves and request for change of schedule for the given period. It also gives me the option to have an option to file my time log in case I was not able to log in or if we encounter an internet interruption. ### 5. What I like most about Joensoft is how easy it is to use. Even when I started using it, I could understand everything easily. It's really easy to get to, all of my payroll stuff is kept private and up-to-date. I also love how flexible it is for changing schedules. Whether I need to make quick changes or plan ahead using its fancy program, Joensoft makes it all simple and easy. **What do you dislike about JeonSoft?** One thing about our current Jeonsoft system that bothers me is how it doesn't let me make more changes once something I request gets approved. I know that it is also an internal related policy but I think it would be better if I could still change stuff even after it's approved. That way, I could manage my schedule and do some adjustments immediately. **Recommendations to others considering JeonSoft:** I would advice them to use joensoft for their payroll becasue my overall experience has been great. Al though we got certain things that we need to improve, It still doesn't chnage the fact that jeonsoft is for me the best software to use in managing payroll related concerns. **What problems is JeonSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jeonsoft has been really helpful with my payroll stuff. It helps me deal with things like changing schedules and taking time off for holidays. It also keeps track of extra hours I work and handles requests for time off that I get paid for. It has a lot of features that make sure I can handle my payroll stuff well, so I can focus on my work without worrying if I am going to get paid correctly on my payday. ### 6.
