What do you like best?
It's easy to multi edit large groups of customers or data quickly. The interface is mostly quite intuitive and searches are easy. You have lots of options on how you want to filter your data. They listen to suggestions and incorporate them when possible and when they think it will benefit other customers as well.
What do you dislike?
The date range interface when applying filters for reports is a little clunky. They are also still in the process of adding all the features from their legacy platform into Web Office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think you get a lot of value for the money. Their support is excellent, and they are continually developing the software with input from users.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are running a combination of perpetual and periodic inventory through Catapult. We are receiving invoices electronically through their gateway so we don't have to enter them manually. We also have connected Catapult with our accounting software to eliminate double entry of invoices and allow all financial information from transactions as well as invoices to be imported. They also offer a loyalty solution, which has boosted business, although they are still working on making it smart enough to be tailored to make offers based on specific item purchasing behavior.
