There are a few subtle enhancements that would improve the user experience, such as the ability to upload files (for example, Excel to help build initial data sets instead of creating them manually.) It is easy to use and intuitive when rolling out to the organization. Customer support is responsive and gives good answers. As far as implementation, Bec has been instrumental in helping us get going on this and is available to assist with any questions we have. There are new features being presented consistently over time and they have a good way of reaching out to get input and present the new features in a good way.
