What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem Cascade solves is turning plans into action. Instead of strategies getting lost after planning sessions, we can track progress, assign ownership, and keep accountability across teams. It has helped us actually execute on strategy, not just talk about it. Having everything in one place makes reporting faster and decision making easier.
