My favorite feature is the CSV import for purchase orders and sale orders. When a container arrives with a long packing list, or a customer sends a weekly pull list, we can load the whole thing in one upload instead of keying in line after line. It saves us hours every week and cuts down on data-entry mistakes.

The stock movement history is another big plus. When someone asks where a part has been, we can trace it quickly and give customers a clear answer.

There are a couple of things we'd like to see improved. Some of the setup steps are more in-depth than they need to be, and getting a new customer or product configured can take more time than it should. We'd also love more control over visibility, so we could customize what our team and our customers see on their screens and in their views.

Carton Cloud is fairly simple to use and navigate. The interface makes it easy for new users which is important to us as it saves time on having to train new employees on the system.

In terms of integration, we currently only have one set up with a shipping software (shipstation)- which has never gave us any issues. Orders sync over seamlessly with all the necessary information that exists on the shipping software.

Not only do we receive orders from the software but also we are able to send information over. This has been extremely helpful to us for our clients that do not have a marketplace and are able to use the client portal in CC to put in orders.

The client portal has been the most beneficial feature for us. As a 3pl, it is so important for our clients to have visibility with their inventory. Before we used to have to generate a stock report and send it via email. With the portal, they have access to this information whenever they want.

Additionally, we love that clients can put in orders on their own. As mentioned above, not all of our clients have a marketplace where they sell to consumer. So before CC, orders from these clients would come in via email and would have to be put in manually by our staff. With this feature, there is so much time saved. The time is saves us on communication back and fourth with clients is huge.

Related- we really appreciate the automated notifications that come from CC. The clients love being notified in real time about POs/inbound status, as well as sale orders.

Lastly, the support that our rep (Olivia) gives to us is second to none. She has gone and continues to go above and beyond to make sure that all our needs are met. Not only does she answer all our questions but she also helps us brainstorm best workflows for when we introduce/onboard new clients to the system. We are so appreciative for her support. I truly do not have anything negative to say about the system. I have used several different WMS's and this one is by far the most robust and offers the best features.

User friendly, simple in design, never too complex on surface. Never had any major performance issues, the team behind the scenes is making sure we, the end users, do not feel left out of our work process. We can always complain about pricing, but it does have a great value for small 3PL business like mine. Integrations and parsing are a charm. I dislike being forwarded a CC help document when i contact support. at the time when we contact support we generally need someone to get stuff done for us rather than having to read through a long document only to not get it done correctly. Honestly, the thing that kept on CartonCloud is that it doesn't feel complicated. A scan on the floor updates stock in real time, that same tock movement flows into delivery job, and the driver's proof-of-delivery closes the loop and feeds straight into billing. We have full audit trail for our customers and save so much time providing POD. We had tried to find a system suitable for our business for a few years until I spoke with the Carton Cloud team who were able to utilise the warehouse system for our delivery style to enable amendments on the road. It is a relatively cheap basic WMS - but, this system is powerful and intuitive for new WMS users. our business has many customers who had no idea what a WMS was, and they are able to run Carton Cloud relatively easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3PL billing is handled in a very simple and complete way. The biggest revenue leak in a 3PL operation is not capturing scope creep and the actual work being completed.
