**What do you like best about CARDDIO?**

Carddio enables me to see all the interactions with customers concerning our products and it gives me a broader view of the sales pipeline. They enable me to track the activities of possible customers and also recognize any challenges that may be causing delays.

**What do you dislike about CARDDIO?**

The amount of reporting options is rather small. The current reporting tools are a bit basic and ineffective when it comes to drilling down to help one appreciate flows from the customer side.

**What problems is CARDDIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Carddio is for the most part beneficial to our ability to handle customers’ relationships. It has led to doing away with many disparate spreadsheets and information disconnect that used to characterize the process.

**What do you like best about CARDDIO?**

I most specifically liked the visual of the pipeline view, which simplified viewing my sale funnel. It is provided simple and this makes it easy for the addition and subsequent management of the customers data.

**What do you dislike about CARDDIO?**

CARDDIO did not always integrate with my accounting or marketing tools resulting in data mismatch and inefficiency in correcting errors.The process of transferring data between these devices was frustratingly cumbersome and slow.

**What problems is CARDDIO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CARDDIO provided the extended utilization of customer relations administration and increased of sales effectiveness.  There were lost opportunities and dissatisfied customers due to the inconsistency of data between the platforms.
