It's the best tool I've ever used for tracking thr customer lifecycle data in retail. It's very user friendly and intuitive to use and track the journey of a customer in retail chain. Not just the data management is best but also making any dynamic change in the tool is very easy and fast. With loyalty+ we are solving the problem of business by proper marketing campaigns which is made successful with proper implementation of voucher or points allocation to customer, thus it makes the campaign succesful with it's ease of implementation. Nothing much, just that some functions are slightly misnomer which might create confusion sometimes.also sometimes due to server issues it doesn't give any notification if the configuration has failed or not implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
