I like the speed at which I get a response from service technicians and specific individuals I have worked with. What do you dislike about CallTower? The minimum requirements for texting-related issues are too strict and feel bad from a customer point of view. When requesting assistance, technicians sometimes assume I mean something beyond their scope and say there's no help available, rather than asking for clarification.
