The diversity of the features covering the diversity of needs, depending of how your company manager the different workstyles. The DATA!!! You can use them to plan the future and analyze the past and the on-going. The design: platform user-friendly even with employees which are less comfortable with app/webapp. Personalization: I can look for the information I want and plan my event in my own way, and my coleeague can do that in her own way. Flexibility is key when your tool is used by everyone! Customer service: I have a crazy high level of requirement when I work with a provider/tool/service and they are able to give me clear, quick, and efficient feedback with no bullshit. And they always are listening to their customer to improve! You really have the feeling that it's done for you, not for them. I wouldn't work with them if I wasn't fully satisfied :) **What problems is Café solving and how is that benefiting you?** Social interactions and connectivity between employees: this takes a lot of time for human people to create social interactions based on interests, profiles, etc. Using Cafe helps me to save time to connect people between them without losing the quality of it. Managing remote, flex, hybrid, onsite policies and requirements: again save time and help me to resolve all the constraints and problems related to it. Managers trust: help to make managers more comfortable with their team working remotely. They are reassured by the ability to see directly if the employees are onsite, are off, work from home, work remotely... They don't have to "chase" employees to know that. Employees and managers are both more comfortable now communicating about this specific and sensible topic. Data analytics: forget 5 hours with your table! Everything is now clear and accessible whenever you want! I save tons of time to plan if we need to move, adjust policies, etc as I can see directly what's happening and what happened (and what is happening in the future). Knowing who's in and out is super important! My favorite feature of Café is the ability to know in real time where my coworkers are working from, and ability to sync. I now know when to come to the office! I'm a big fan of the mobile app and slack integration, which my life easier. **What do you dislike about Café?** I wish I could integrate more things into Café, for example booking google calendar rooms, but honestly, that's not a big requirement for us at the moment. The first one is space management: ensure no more people are at the office than available desks. We can finally meet and manage our office availibility easily. Again, since most our teams don't see each other often, we love everything that helps us connect, be it physically thanks to the events creating in Café, but also the fact that we can learn about each other and create smaller groups with common interests. That really makes a difference today in how we interact with one other. We can see the roots of a sense of community in the making. **What do you dislike about Café?** Would love to have the possibility to book rooms, phone booths or even benches to make sure teams can work together, whenever they plan it. Some team leaders would like to be able to set up rules via café for their teammates about where and when they get together at the office. **What problems is Café solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Create a sense of community for our teammates: since they are all over the world, hybrid, and don't get to meet IRL so easily, it's always been a challenge. 2. The physical office usage needed to be optimized : no need to have 500 desks when you never have more than 150 peoples there at the same time. 3. The office was only physical (until Café). There were the people going often to the HQ offices and all the rest, being second-class employess, whatever efforts they would put. Now anyone can connect with anyone, organize meetings in other cities, create events... Our office is more conceptual now, and it's all happening around café. 4. Help managers organize all-hands days when all of their teammates get together in the same location. It was such a hassle, that most of them just ended up giving up. ### 16.
