## Cacheflow Reviews
  ### 1. Clear Contract Visibility and Seamless Billing in One Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Cacheflow?**

It did a good job of showing customers their full contract and when changes were made showing how those changes impacted their contract. It also combined the contract creation and billing pieces directly into a single platform so as soon as someone signed they could enter their credit card to pay

**What do you dislike about Cacheflow?**

When we trasnferred to a new billing system a lot of the old contracts were all in European date format that was pretty confusing but overall we liked it and would probably have kept using them if they weren't acquired by Hubspot and had their services discontinued

**What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to quote customers and bill them

  ### 2. Simplifying the closing process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher B. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Cacheflow?**

As a SAAS Account Executive, I absolutely love cacheflow, it only takes a matter of seconds to create a standard agreement, and maybe 2-3 minutes for a more complex agreement, I.E scheduling expansion, customizing discounts per month, etc.

Secondly, the integration with Salesforce eliminates all the time-wasting of manually filling out closing notes / fields.

It's easily saved myself 40 hours over the past year as before we used just docusign, which made selling complex expansion deals a real headache.

**What do you dislike about Cacheflow?**

There's nothing I do not like about the platform. It's very simply for new customers to fill out and complete.

**What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing the manual workload of the billing & legal team, as contractual language, descriptions, etc are already in there. It also decreases closing time as I can quickly create and share with a customer while still on the meeting, then walk them through the agreement and have them sign while on the call. Before Cacheflow, it was very much a "Great, I'll send you the Docusign by EOD, please review and sign it when you recieve it." Greatly slowing down the sales cycle.

Time kills deals!

**What do you like best about Cacheflow?**

It was very easy to set up Cacheflow with enough customization options. The ready-made template provided for building the proposal helped us a lot by reducing the amount of time AEs spent on sales proposals.

Another benefit is visibility on where the proposal is in the sales cycle. Users can work on reference proposals for initial sales calls, and once the deal is in the advanced stages, you get know through notifications if the prospect viewed the proposal or if it has been signed or not.

Built-in e-signature also helps a lot to reduce the overall time taken to get the deal signed. Overall I felt it is very easy to use the tool even for new team members.

**Reviewed by:** Diego R. | Director of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Cacheflow?**

Before implementing, I handled all of our invoicing, renewals, contract mergers, and prorations manually. Cacheflow eliminates the manual processes and allows me to spend my time on higher-value projects and tasks. I also love that Cacheflow added a layer of checks and balances to our quoting processes, giving both Finance and Sales leadership confidence that we are getting the most out of every deal. We use the platform daily to handle all of our quoting, invoicing, and billing. The CS team at Cacheflow made implementing a breeze, walking us through all of our integrations to ensure the platform is running smoothly and accurately. I'd recommend Cacheflow to any Finance or Sales team looking to make processes more efficient, saving you hours every month.

**What do you dislike about Cacheflow?**

The only feature I wish Cacheflow had is the ability to send multiple product SKUs on a single proposal, allowing the customer to choose which products work best for their use case.

**What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cacheflow eliminated all of the manual work in our invoicing, billing, and subscription management processes.

It can easily get cluttered with old drafts and duplicates.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

Great way for our ICs and leadership to collaborate on offers asynchronously. I like being able to see the status of each item as well and where it stands with the customer. Having a support team to partner with has been fantastic too.

**What do you dislike about Cacheflow?**

This isn't Cacheflow's fault, but some of our larger customers simply don't like using the system and prefer manual signature and invoicing. Could be worth exploring why this is the case and seeing if the offering could be expanded to make them more comfortable.

**What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborative quote-to-cash and proposal processes.

  ### 25. User Friendly

Cacheflow is a new and upcoming platform. We have been using it for almost 6 months now. The CS team was very actively involved in the onboarding, implementation, and training and still provides fast & efficient support when it comes to resolving any issues with the platform or adding new features to the product. It works well with Salesforce through their integration. Once the platform is all setup, it is fairly easy to use.

Their Stripe integration could be a bit better. Also, include a dashboard for detailed metrics on proposals, active subscriptions, and some sort of insight into payment so the customers don't have to log into Salesforce or Stripe every now and then.

  ### 35. Sublime experience for checkout integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jwalin T. | Graduate Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Cacheflow?**

Cacheflow makes integration into an existing tech stack relatively easy. It provides a speedy checkout setup and preview scenario for any firm to pipe it into their business model and get staggering closed sales.

**What do you dislike about Cacheflow?**

During the test phase, there were issues where the signature feature linked with the Docusign feature would not work correctly, or the API would error out. Also, the view of specific components across devices and POS systems did not scale up and down correctly.

**What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cacheflow was implemented during a POC phase at my previous employer to join and build a checkout experience seamlessly. This was compared against functionalities provided by companies like Stripe and turned out to be a good competitor.

**What do you dislike about Cacheflow?**

Since it is relatively new, it can be updated on some features, but nothing that immediately comes to mind.

Makes selling software easier
