**What do you like best about Cacheflow?**

- Good workflow from Proposal to Order
- Sleek design of the order form
- Proactive support from the Success team

**What do you dislike about Cacheflow?**

- Need more flexibility in customizing the proposal/order like adding variables etc
- Integration with Hubspot
- The platform was buggy especially for AEs who tried to login. For some customers, they were unable to pay as well.

**What problems is Cacheflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Able to charge international cards
- Approval matrix for custom proposals

Makes the quoting process a little easier and more automated which is nice.

Since it is relatively new, it can be updated on some features, but nothing that immediately comes to mind.
