"Buffer is a really easy to use social media account management app!"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I really love how Buffer allows you to schedule posts on social media, this allows me to setup posts like "Happy New Year" at 12 AM but still be asleep while buffer handles the posting! I also love how its all of my social media accounts and not just on one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

One thing I don't like is how I am limited to one account per social network, but you do have to make some money from somewhere, right? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, great for scheduling social media"
What do you like best about Buffer?

What do you dislike about Buffer?

The limited number of posts that I can schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The simplest, easiest solution for scheduling tweets, but probably better for personal use. "
What do you like best about Buffer?

I love Buffer. It's my favorite social management platform. However, I use it personally, not professionally. There aren't enough features to manage a large, active community base or more than one account efficiently. For that, I always recommend Hootsuite. But the Google Chrome extension is excellent, and the quick glance analytics are great for someone who uses their personal Twitter account in a professional way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

As stated before, the features are very basic. It's lacking options that would make it a big player in the social media management world for agencies or brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Buffer For Business"
What do you like best about Buffer?

It is a very user-friendly platform that allows cross posting and re-posting of content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

There isn't much I have found wrong with this platform. The one suggestion I would make is to add an information hub where blogs and post-able information could be found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for scheduling Social Media"
What do you like best about Buffer?

This is an incredible tool for managing social media accounts for your business. We utilize Buffer to schedule posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Plus, and Twitter and use the Pablo image tool to easily create additional custom images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Unlike Hootsuite, you can't create streams of content of easily view keyword searches from Twitter. Buffer truly is a scheduling tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Buffer is the bees knees!"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I've used Buffer for 3 years now and I have always been impressed and extremely happy. So easy to use. Manage your social media effortlessly with scheduling and automation. As a bonus, use their Pablo feature and make a quick and easy image to support your post in under a minute. We all know that images drive engagement and the folks at Buffer have made it so easy.

The employees are super passionate, friendly, and helpful. You won't find better support anywhere else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Free/personal use versions are limited in how many posts you can schedule, but as a single person, you may not require the benefits of the paid tool. Analytics in the free version are somewhat basic but still helpful. Suggestions were taken away. I used to post great content that was fed directly to me in the suggestions section. I was sad to see it go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Buffer is a great tool for scheduling small, medium size company social media posts."
What do you like best about Buffer?

What I like the best is that Buffer automates the timing of your social media posts. It sports a sophisticated interface, and options for including several social networks, notably Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Its free service works well for personal feed, and its $10-per-month Awesome level service adds the features a business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I would say the IOS app on Iphone is not quite fully ready to be used.

Furthermore it is still impossible to share any videos on Buffer... Plus it is tricky when it comes to share a GIF using Buffer.

But overall it is a really great application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best social media scheduling app"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I love Buffer! Scheduler and seamless sync between desktop and mobile versions is very helpful. Connectivity with Pablo for creating images is great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Buffer app itself is great, only wish that Pablo worked on mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best scheduler in the business!"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I love the RSS feeds that let you bring in outside content from trusted sources and schedule them around the tweets you already have scheduled. It fills the gaps with great information for followers when you don't have content of your own to push out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

With the RSS feeds feature sometimes the images embedded in sites don't always get tweeted out or it takes a while for the preview to load when you're scheduling them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, useful. Great tool"
What do you like best about Buffer?

It's so simple to use. I run social media at my company and have 25 of our employees' accounts connected to Buffer. I can easily share relevant articles, share our blog posts, and send out general updates to everyone's audiences in 2 clicks.

The Google Chrome plugin is great too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Honestly, nothing. It does exactly what I need and it does it very simply.

Actually, I just realized there is one thing: it randomly disconnects people's accounts for no reason and then I have to go track that person down to get them reconnected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
