I use this in my freelance social media work, and it's easy for me to open an account for a client and quickly walk them through the basics of scheduling and monitoring content. They can easily move things around and see what I've scheduled on their behalf. Most of my clients are people who are unfamiliar with social and need something very basic, so this works well. My one gripe is the inability to tag pages on Facebook. This makes it difficult to bring others into the conversation on my clients' pages, which are generally in the early stages and looking for any opportunity to grow and increase awareness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to connect several accounts to a real person(me) and my business persona. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Instagram posting is still a little lumpy. It is ok but still requires real-time smartphone access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the bulk upload option as well as it's easy to navigate interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like how moving/deleting one social post effects the rest of the calendar. I also wish there were a way to see all posts for each platform that are going out on a given day, without having to look at only one client. It's easy to accidentally select the wrong social accounts, and having this feature would make it easier to make sure nothing went into an account it wasn't supposed to. Buffer is an easy to use social media scheduling tool. When in peak season for our organization, it can be overwhelming to remember to post on social media. Buffer makes it easy to set up and maintain social media presence all over our accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Buffer only has a small limit of items you can place in the queue before having to pay for added abilities. Also, every once in a while, a post won't post correctly, but this is very rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the single sign-on that Buffer offers for the social media accounts, and the ability to post content on multiple platforms at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The analytics aren't robust. The platform has changed a bit over the years. My custom shortened links sometimes change. The @mentions don't always transfer over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easily Buffer integrates with my browser and enables me to share whatever interests me or whatever I'm working on in just a few clicks. I can also set up multiple blasts on differing schedules. Also provides social media analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I suppose this is because of limitations of the system but Buffer requires additional interaction to share on Instagram and Facebook. Still, it's unobtrusive in my daily interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasional missed posts when using the mobile app for mass scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the add-on for Chrome that makes it a cinch to share any article, website or photo I stumble upon and deem relevant for my friends/followers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the auto-scheduler (in the free version) updated itself to the best times to post automatically. I try to adjust it once a month or so since holidays and football (around here) tend to affect when people are online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
