Highly adaptable and customizable with extensive integration options.

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

When users leave feedback for a particular restaurant, they should receive feedback on actions taken in response to their input.

**What problems is Bringg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Track the progress of your delivery orders and track the real-time location of your delivery drivers as they move from one place to another.

cost, complexity, tech issues from time to time, integration challenges, customer support

Inefficient delivery options, high delivery costs, inability to scale efficiently

Ease of implementation and level of support.

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

Communication regarding updates could be better.

Make a point of keeping up with their upgrade calendar.

**What problems is Bringg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Zenkraft for carrier integration I to salesforce.com. It creates a much more user friendly experience in a single system.

**What do you like best about Bringg?**

Easy to send shipping labels. Makes it extremely simple without the manual work A lot easier than the actual website. 

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

No complaints, on the customer end, sometimes out customer does not see the email that is submitted with the shipping label, 

**Recommendations to others considering Bringg:**

This is awesome, way better than using the website. However, creating international labels can be a bit tricky, unless there is a way that I am unaware of 

**What problems is Bringg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have to wait for our corporate team to manually create labels for our team. Labels are created way faster

**What do you like best about Bringg?**

Easy to send labels without manually entering customer information. The label is sent with a click of the button

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

Nothing to dislike on the program, however, customer's may not receive the email or overlook it 

**Recommendations to others considering Bringg:**

I am just a user of the program, I'm not too familiar of the admin. side of it. I do not have any recommendations 

**What problems is Bringg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to rely on our corporate team to send our labels. We can provide this to our customer's while on the phone. No more waiting 24 hours

**What do you like best about Bringg?**

The integration of FedEx into our Salesforce system was amazing! We ship solely with FedEx so not having to deal with the repetitious address entry was great! 

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

FedEx's team has the general idea there but their API for integration wasn't exactly the best and caused us a bit of down time. Luckily we aren't too far from the hub and were able to make the delivery deadlines for the express shipment.-

**Recommendations to others considering Bringg:**

Possibly carve out about 3-4 hours in your installation process to deal with FedEx tech support. Speak with your FedEx rep to bring in their local tech specialist instead of dealing with the phone reps.

**What problems is Bringg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We saved a good amount of time by not having to enter shipment information into FedEx.com or FedEx Ship Manager!

**What do you like best about Bringg?**

I really like how I can use a shipping carrier to integrate into salesforce to ship technology out fast to my customers via cases that get approved in a queue. 

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

I don't like the fact that a employee has to manual approve certain cases when this should be automated.

very easy to use

ship out a fast amount of ipads and tech to our customer base for prizes and rewards

**What do you like best about Bringg?**

We have a huge warehouse that ships out millions of products every summer camp season. This software is incredibly powerful and useful for our integration. We have it connected to our UPS account, and we are able to put our inventory into Salesforce, create orders on custom or standard objects, add in package size information standards, and create labels and return labels that print right to our label makers while in Salesforce.  Plus we have automation set to provide shipment updates to the order submitter. It's so helpful for us!

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

I disslike how complex it is. There are so many steps to changing and fixing things, and I feel like I get lost in the system. Once it's set, it saves more time for more people, but I feel like I waste a lot of time navigating automation trails.

**Recommendations to others considering Bringg:**

Be prepared for a thorough set up and a confusing automation! It's an incredibly useful service, but boy howdy is it confusing. I didn't set it up, and if you're not the one who gets the automation running, goooood luck. I really value having it, and their support is phenomenal, but I die a little inside when the end users come to me for help. You will love it when it works, which, to be fair, is most of the time. There are very few issues with it, another reason to use it which is why i give it a 7/7 for ease of admin.

**What problems is Bringg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to manage all of our shipments anywhere in the world for any size products with this. Seeing as we ship multiple truckloads per day, this is highly useful.

I really liked how easy it was to ship out merchindise via fedex in our crm by creating simple cases

i didnt like how sometimes the packages didnt ship to the correct addresses

very easy to use and set up on back end. products ship directly through salesforce

I really like how easy it is to ship out information packets via fedex directly through our crm to our customers

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

I dont like the tracking shipment feature and how sometimes the numbers dont work

**What problems is Bringg solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a program that shipped out anything we would send students or customers easily and in mass quantity without doing it by hand vs automated

Creating labels is truly simple and efficient

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

There's still some kinks. I would review the communication between the reps and local specialist.

Shipping faster out the door compared in the past. We're currently at 24% more efficient.

I like that it integrates with our CRM and our clients.

It takes a while to load, it is a bit slow.

It will sink with your database and will provide useful tracking info. It really helps build up your customers profiles.

It makes shipping and tracking much easier.

Easy to keep track of orders and history. Easy to see orders address and contact information. 

**What do you dislike about Bringg?**

That app itself will shut down in the middle of an order and sometime she you loose an order. It will complete order before they are completed.

Track delivery orders and delivery drivers location to location.

It makes sending packages to the accounts and tracking very easy within Salesforce.

This only has basic functions. Compared to other apps in this domain, it lacks many features.

This is a great software who do high volume shipping.
