"Excellent Service, Solid API, and a Generous Free Tier and Email marketing"
5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

Brevo has excellent service, a generous free tier that allows me to do all of the development that I need to do before launching my application. The API is solid and, so far, support has been very responsive. I am Using Brevo for the SaaS platform that I building and all tenants will use Brevo for their email and marketing needs via the API. What do you dislike about Brevo?

This is not a "dislike", at all. But Brevo is a fairly feature rich service and can sometimes be a little difficult to find the information necessary to make the platform work as required. But ultimately, support is always there to point me in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective, User-Friendly CRM and Email Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I use Brevo Marketing Platform as a basic CRM and for sending out email campaigns and newsletters to my clients. One of the best features is its cost-effectiveness and ease of use. It doesn't take much to get things set up, and many items are intuitive. I like that it integrates well with other applications, like Go HighLevel and make.com, making the workflow very easy and effortless. The platform's AI does a very good job too. The setup was simple and quick, taking only minutes to get the initial parts ready and about an hour for the detailed setup without needing support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI agents and simpler email/SMS multichannel marketing in Brevo"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I like that Brevo offers some very powerful AI agents in the platform. One of them understands customers and their behaviors and groups them accordingly, and the writing assistant and automation creation (just based on me writing a few sentences to describe it) are really helpful for managing leads/customers. Managing email and SMS from one platform was very simple, and overall it simplified the processes for each channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

WhatsApp took a bit of time and understanding for the marketing purpose on WhatsApp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"API-connected forms and list management keep campaigns simple"
4/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I hook up the contact forms on client sites straight to Brevo through the API, so leads land in the right list without any manual step. Managing the lists from there and previewing emails before sending keeps campaigns simple to run. I also connected Brevo's MCP server to manage contacts and lists from an AI assistant instead of the dashboard, and it worked right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

Nothing has really bothered me. The only limit is the daily send cap on the free plan, but that's normal for a free tier and not a real complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Email Marketing, Needs UX Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I really like how Brevo Marketing Platform keeps email marketing and automation fairly simple, which makes it easier to manage with less effort. It also helps us solve the time consumption issue. The initial setup was easy, which I appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

One thing that could be improved is the overall user experience in some areas. A few features can take time to understand, especially when setting up automation or managing different campaign settings. I think automation setup could be more straightforward, for example, having a simpler step-by-step setup with clearer explanations of what each trigger and action does would make it easier. "Intuitive, Reliable Email Marketing with Smart Scheduling and Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I've been using Brevo for about two years, and, overall, it's been a positive experience. The email editor is intuitive and easy to work with, making it straightforward to build and schedule campaigns without a steep learning curve.

One feature I've especially appreciated is the ability to schedule emails to be sent at each recipient's best time, which helps optimize engagement without requiring extra effort on my part. The automation features have also been valuable for creating email sequences and reducing manual work.

I've found Brevo to be reliable and haven't experienced downtimes or software issues. The few times I've had to reach out to Brevo's customer service, I've been able to resolve them fairly easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

I wish the pricing was a little more small-business-friendly (single-person-owned company); I make it work because I haven't found any other service that meets as many of my needs as Brevo does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brevo Makes Email Design and List Management Effortless—With Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

Brevo helps a lot in both designing the email and in managing subscription lists. Very affordable in terms of both working with them and budgets spent. The support is top notch, I get quick answers and fast resolutions. Didn`t use their in-built AI though, however we might try for massive holiday dispatch. Performance is easy to be tracked, and we somehow have a very low pressing on Unsubscribe button. We integrated Brevo with our local Artificial Intelligence CRM, and all of new customers fall straight into our mailing list without any hassle. My User Experience is great overall, 10/10. What do you dislike about Brevo?

So far, no trouble in working with menu, deigns etc. All good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email Marketing: Easy to use, clear, and reliable

I have been using Brevo for many years and am still very satisfied. The platform is intuitively designed, easy to use, and offers everything needed for professional email marketing.

After changing employers, I also introduced Brevo in my new company because I am convinced of the solution. In the meantime, other colleagues also use Brevo regularly and share my positive experiences. Overall, a clear recommendation for anyone looking for a powerful yet user-friendly marketing platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

The price could be a bit more attractive, but overall the price-performance ratio is right, and the features as well as the user-friendliness make up for it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure and Reliable Email delivery for Login and MFA"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I find Brevo reliable for sending important system emails such as login, signup, and multi-factor authentication messages. Users receive their login and verification codes quickly, without noticeable delays, which helps keep the sign-in process smooth. The security features are impressive as well, especially the fact that API requests are only accepted from approved IP addresses, which helps prevent key misuse. Brevo’s fast and dependable email delivery is essential for timely user onboarding and for maintaining ongoing conversations. In addition, the developer documentation is well structured and makes setup straightforward when you follow the provided guide. The email templates are very helpful and user-friendly, and it’s easy to integrate as a third-party service. SMTP support is also strong compared to other options. The free tier was enough to develop and test before paying on volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

A few things could be better. The authorised IP allowlist is great for security, but it becomes a chore when our app is deployed on infrastructure with changing IPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong email list management and A/B testing, but deliverability diagnostics feel limited"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I like how Manage Email Lists keeps our subscribers well organized and makes it much easier to target the right audiences. Building and Personalizing Emails helps us create professional, engaging campaigns that reflect our voice and style without requiring extensive design work. A/B Testing is invaluable for comparing subject lines and content to see what resonates most, and it helps us refine our approach and improve overall campaign performance. Having email, text and other marketing channels in one platform has also made it easier for me to manage campaigns and keep communications organized. The A.I. helped me create email copy and come up with subject line ideas, which was useful for getting a campaign started quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

The diagnostic tools feel fairly limited, which makes it hard to pinpoint the cause of deliverability issues and resolve them effectively. Some features felt less intuitive to navigate, and coordinating campaigns across channels can still take some manual effort. The A.I. suggestions were sometimes a bit generic, so it was a helpful starting point but didn’t replace the input of human editors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
