The overall email marketing tool is decent enough to be a low cost option while starting with a small venture, and it is intuitive enough to learn quickly. The drag and drop is good enough to build emails within the platform (pretty standard by now), and the CRM integration is ok, manages to work without breaking, and even allows for some customization through the attributes option. The only good use of AI within the tool is automating the ideal send time depending on each recipient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The email templates are easy enough to work with, however without a proper naming convention and organizational schemas, the ID nightmare of separating templates, messages, flows and campaigns can be absolutely frustrating when trying to export information or recognize the proper templates. The most baffling omission for me is the complete lack of an aggregated system of reporting analytics within a single flow, which makes it something I would not recommend at all for a large amount of automations and workflows. It would be ok (not great though) if there were robust API access or third party integrations to close this gap, yet they are both next to nothing, and there's not even an actual tool for exporting bulk data for workflows and automations. On the AI side, the lack of information on which times were used prevents the send-time automation from being 100% reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
