**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

Very Knowledgable team, they digital buying plaform is by far the easiest and most repsonsive I have seen. We have increased our digital budgets because of Brandzooka.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

Honestly I have not found a reason to complain. Wehen we have ticket items they are resolved same day and many times same hour. I rarely have found this level of service in the Marketing/political world.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are democratizing digital buying to the client level. Simialr to Facebook ad buying which is made easy Brandzooka has done the same and better with their digital platform. No smoke and mirrors.

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

The reach and channels are similar with other Native Ads platforms.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

I can not create an article ad that shows up on a channel to look like an article from that channel. I don't like that their Upload Youtube feature doesn't work at all. I don't like that I can't review all campaigns in a single screen  like I can in Google ads for example. I don't like that I can't see a breakdown of billing or spend for a selected date range. I don't like that I can't view performance from a single or multiple campaigns that span multiple months. I don't like that it doesn't show me the spend for a selected time period, it only shows the total spend for that campaign from day 1 to the current date.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our banner ads are showing on high profile websites. This is just for brand awareness and retargeting.

An amazing platform allowing direct placement of digital ads, very easy to use and great support from knowledgeble Brandzooka staff.

The only downside might be that it makes spending on digital budgets too fast because it's so easy.

Branzooka is making it quicker and more efficient to place digital advertisements.  Allows for more money to be spent directly on campaigns.

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

The many options to advertise on multiple platforms, including connected TV.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

1. At first, customer support was nice and helpful. Then after I met with them (turned out to be sales reps), they went ghost. They overpromised and under-delivered. They promised a few follow-up items and answers and never did. I'm unsure if it was because of my low (test) budget or they are SELECTIVE about their customers in a bad way.  I was very disappointed because I had high hopes of using this platform. 
2. The platform is not robust enough for B2B marketing. They only have options such as business owners and zero options to target specific job titles, company types, and seniority levels. They claim to add it on the back end, however, I wouldn't trust that. 
3. The user interface is a bit crammed together when looking at stuff on my dashboard. The color isn't pleasing to the eye either.
4. Too many bugs and errors.

**Recommendations to others considering Brandzooka:**

Try it first with small budget to familiarize yourself with the reporting and features. Also, if you are doing B2B marketing, I'd look elsewhere.

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

I like that I can use Brandzooka for all of my client needs, both big and small. Brandzooka's suite of options enable us to run both small, localized test campaigns as well as national efforts. Their Connected TV capabilities are next level. Their many OTT and tech partnerships allow for a one-top shop when running CTV campaigns. I can get a campaign up and running in minutes, and get spots out there across multiple platforms, all for one line item on the budget. This significantly cuts down on the time and effort it takes to place media buys, allowing us more time to devote to other client needs or pitch and source new business.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

I have partnered with Brandzooka since the early days, and as a startup, the platform is constantly changing. Most of the time, these are positive changes and offerings, but it still creates a change and workflow and adjustment on our end. Also, I've had many different account reps and contacts during my time working with Brandzooka. Again, symptoms of being a startup, and I know there isn't much you can do about that.

Do a demo before getting started and lean in to the Brandzooka team to help manage and optimize your campaign.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One major benefit Brandzooka is solving is being able to track attribution to TV. With their CTV pixel, we can gauge the effectiveness of our e-commerce focused campaigns in a way that wasn't possible prior. In turn, we're finding that our clients are much more reluctant now to jump into TV for the first time and start speaking to people beyond their targeted audience on Facebook.

Brandzooka is great for small businesses looking to get into programmatic advertising and reach viewers on connected TV. Before Brandzooka, it wasn't possible for us to execute mass media branded campaigns at an affordable rate.

Constantly encountering errors & bugs in the system. On most occasions, I have to reach out to customer support for them to manually make campaign edits for me.

**Recommendations to others considering Brandzooka:**

I would recommend researching other vendors as thas is a quickly growing space. In addition, if you decide to go with Brandzooka, understand that there needs to be a dedicated point of contact with ~5 hrs/week to spend managing campaigns in order to be successful with Brandzooka.

Our business is now able to reach audiences on different platforms and execute mass media ads that actually drive revenu.e

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

The ease of use and effectiveness. Brandzooka has built a platform that anyone can use to launch a campaign in minutes. The UI is much simpler and easier to use than Facebook Ads, and you can reach your audience everywhere outside of social media with just a few clicks. The targeting capabilities on the platform are pretty hard to believe until you see the results for yourself. Highly recommend.

Due to the nature of our product, social media often works better for us in terms of direct attributable sales. However, Brandzooka is an amazing awareness driver and we're able to get in front of tons of eyeballs when we need to (i.e. expanding our product into a new consumer category, event-specific awareness campaigns, general brand awareness).

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Brandzooka we're able to target audiences that we KNOW will be interested in our product, and we don't have to go through a third party to do it. No back-and-forth with a media agency, no insane advertising costs, just results at a budget that feels right for us. As a small team of 4, this is a huge benefit for us.

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

I love the ability to schedule advertisements on streaming TV platforms for my clients. This is providing them another facet to their marketing strategy that wasn't there prior. With the ever-growing popularity of streaming services, this is a MUST for many of my clients, and Brandzooka delivers, effortlessly. The first campaign we ran outperformed 83% of the rest of the platform, which was an impressive statistic to use to get other clients behind using the product in their marketing efforts. We now try to incorporate Brandzooka into all of our client marketing campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

I personally dislike the depth of the placement reporting, I wish there was a bit more detail as to what page or page(s) an ad was served when using web placements, not just the root URL. There's not much else to dislike about Brandzooka. I urge others to find reasons they dislike the platform as I'm struggling to find more to provide.

**Recommendations to others considering Brandzooka:**

Brandzooka is a great platform for providing Streaming TV Placements for your company and clients. Setting up campaigns is effortless and can easily be done by any skill set. If you're looking for an alternative to placements offered by Google, Brandzooka is a great option to expand your offering and your reach for any of your campaigns.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm being able to provide my clients placements on streaming TV services where other solutions do not provide this capability. The speed of being able to deploy campaigns is also very convenient when working on a plethora of client campaigns with needs on streaming TV. In the music industry, this increased ability makes for a stronger reach when making new releases and content.

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

BrandBlaster is a great platform for any business that is looking to move its marketing spend toward programmatic video & display advertising. The platform makes it easy to get started and build campaigns. There isn't a steep learning curve to getting into the programmatic space like with other DSPs. It is easy to upload your creative, set an objective and start building campaigns. This is a great platform for agencies and others who want to set it and forget it when it comes to programmatic advertising.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

One of the biggest downsides to Brandzooka is the platform's recurring bugs and some issues with reporting. The platform tends to get buggy with larger campaigns and some of the reporting functionality doesn't work or load upon command. However, the team has been very forthcoming with the limitations of the platform and have been diligent about fixing these for their clients. However, there are also issues with the pixels generated in the platform and saving these audiences to use in remarketing campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering Brandzooka:**

I would recommend anyone considering Brandzooka to educate yourself on some of the principles of programmatic advertising as well as take any of the guided pieces of training they offer. This will help you to better familiarize yourself in the field.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of selecting inventory to programmatic place our ads have been solved with this platform. It makes it easy to go in and create campaigns and let the platform do the bidding and selection of placements for the ads. It's very beneficial to set up campaigns and then check on them periodically without having to go in manually buy ad space like with other DSPs.

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

Brandzooka (BZ) takes the best parts of an enterprise level DSP and strips away the aspects that make DSP's unfriendly to many users. The UX design of the BZ platform is what makes them a game-changer. A simple, step-by-step process to get rich digital media ads (video, display, CTV/OTT) running in little to no time at all. Another big win for us as an agency is the ease of reporting to clients. The analytics suite that BZ has built in by default is definitely one of the best we've seen, with custom charts, graphs and PDF / csv reports all easily viewable in an online dashboard or downloadable to send to clients. Lastly, we also love the BZ team - they have been great partners with us in developing new feature requests and offerings relevant to our client verticals. Whenever a bug pops up, they are fast to respond, provide support and offer make-goods when appropriate.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

This is still a startup and occasionally development time on features or bug fixes extends past original estimates. There are also the occasional bugs placing buys, mostly with geo-targeting errors, where sometimes the geo-settings just dont lock in as they should and a buy goes to a wider audience than anticipated. But in those circumstances, BZ has always made right by us, credited the account and gotten the ads to where they need to be.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted an easy to use programmatic solution for both our agency team, as well as a direct to consumer self-serve product that we could offer in conjunction with some of our other services. Brandzooka has been a great partner in those endeavors and has allowed us to serve both managed service and self-service clients through their programmatic platform.

Geotargeting. Great location-specific ad delivery. My team used this to draw customers to retail locations that carried our product.

I can't think of anything. Once you use Brandzooka, it's hard to imagine what it was like without.

Be clear on your goals and success metrics. You can produce substantial ROAS if you are focused and intentional.

With physical products in retail stores, the launch needs to be strong and the awareness and attribution have to be consistent and manageable. Brandzooka helped us identify which customers to attract to each new location, and we were able to keep turning product once the awareness was there.

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

Brandzooka's tag line is "TV ads at Facebook prices," that's exactly what they deliver.  We're been running campaigns for a month now and getting views on Connected TVs at $0.03 per view.  

As with any new ad network, we had concerns about their quality and reach.  But they offer a good deal of transparency as to where and when your ads run.  Across all of our campaigns, the most frequent placements are on Xumo, Pluto TV and the Discovery Channel TV app.  

Reach is also good enough that we aren't showing the same ads to the same people excessively. We're targeting narrow zip code sets with moderate budgets, and our average frequency is 2.8 per week.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

The user interface is clumsy and their reporting has a long way to go. It's especially hard to get performance data across multiple campaigns.

Cheap TV ads.

The service it self is great.
The customer service is excellent.
The connected TV targeting ability is excellent

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

The interface for analytics while visually appealing isn't as robust or user friendly as it could be. The analytics page is hard to work with on a laptop, because of the size of the header and the slider popping in and out of the top of the page. Having a more user friendly dashboard for showing active and inactive campaigns would be helpful. If they had a streamlined pure data view (think Google Ads) it would be easier to get what you needed quicker for agencies to work with.

It came down to this or Comcast on connected TV products, and while Comcast might be a bit more robust, Brandzooka is much better at targeting specifics localized areas.

The aspects of BZ that I like best are the results and the support. BZ is able to put us in a position to succeed, and help us achieve the results that we hoped for - and then some!

If I had to pick one thing - it would be the reporting. However, they have been transparent, helpful, and willing to listen to our voice. They are already working on improvements to the reporting and we are excited to see what their incredible team comes up with!

Brandzooka's hyper-targeted video ad placement has transformed the way I do internet advertizing. Instead of nebulous stats about engagement and useless data, Brandzooka delivers customers. Brandzooka has delivered leads to my consulting business that are excited and eager to engage my services.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

It was a bit of a learning curve for me to learn how to make effective video ads.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google ads were only generating about two leads per month. Since  Brandzooka ads are generating 6-8 leads that eventually engage my services.

The only downside I have found so far is some limits on reporting, but they are working on getting them addressed.

If you are looking for an easy to use platform for programmatic with premium inventory, use it.  They have a great selections of OTT capabilities as well as banner and web video.

Using the Brandzooka platform allows me to get my video ads in front of consumers watching their favorite TV shows on OTT platforms, and that is not a common offering.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

I dislike that there is not more transparency on exactly what channels it show on in each category, or group. I am sure I might omit some, if give n a choice.

**Recommendations to others considering Brandzooka:**

Try it, you'll like it. A lot.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding a platform that is easy to navigate is not easy. Brandzooka has uncommon offerings that bring great value to my ad dollars, and it's pretty easy to get a campaign up and running in 10-15 minutes. This solves time-management issues as well.

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

Brandzooka gives our agency a competitive edge. We are able to run TV ads without huge financial commitments. We also love the data and insights! You don't get this kind of information on traditional media. 

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

We sometimes have a hard time making edits. I have had to reach out a few times to customer support just to find a way to increase campaign budgets and to edit the duration of the ad. 

**Recommendations to others considering Brandzooka:**

Look at the targeting offered by Brandzooka. You cannot get this level of detail on traditional media. You also cannot get it starting a fair price - I'd rather pay $100 - $500 to test rather than do a 15k gamble on traditional.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to find where our customers are. For example, we thought for a cruise campaign that we would get the most interest from travel channels, but instead, it was HGTV. We then were able to adjust our targeting to get more bang for our buck.

Great offerings (retargeting, geo, etc). Awesome customer service, I love my rep (Andrea)!! Professional and helpful.  Easy to use operating system.

Not the latest (newest) updated techniques but allows us to do what most agencies do. Would be cool to be able to the newest, greatest thing.

I couldn’t imagine life without them!!  Learn all the options and plan your calendar around that.

Solving reaching people I couldn’t normally. We are able to control and do things that most of the time I need an agency or “middle-(wo)man” to do. Benefits include narrow audience  reach, all digital reports, and ability to try new things.

I was very impressed with the sales lift generated by Brandzooka. I work in the natural foods industry focused on digital marketing. Through Brandzooka targeted campaigns I was able to drive consumers in store to purchase our product, resulting in a sales lift of 20% MoM.

The platform is very intuitive and grants access to premium inventory without the commitment of normal DSPs.

**What do you like best about Brandzooka?**

Brandzooka offers a variety of advertising platforms from video pre-roll advertising and web banner ads to radio spot distribution. Also, the targeting available is pretty good allowing users to select areas of interest, age, gender, interests, and geographic demographics.

I feel like we generally get a good amount of impressions and engagements for the cost. I've been a member since 2016, and have run 41 campaigns on the platform since. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the product and I like seeing constant improvements made to the platform. Also, the representatives at Brandzooka have always been super helpful, answering any questions I have or helping me in fine-tuning my ad campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

I've had ad campaigns on occasion pause themselves or not complete the campaign budget before the set dates. The zipcode uploader is temperamental. And I'd like to see more real-time reporting in the analytics. Maybe also a pixel tracker or UTM tag for tracking users that click to my website.

I've noticed that sometimes when I set a target demographic within certain zipcodes around Spokane, we're still getting users from outside of that geographic location. 

**Recommendations to others considering Brandzooka:**

Brandzooka is a great platform worth checking out. They offer training courses from time to time and would be a great introductory in learning how the platform works. Also, Brandzooka's representatives are always helpful in helping you setup your campaigns.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to reach an audience that I can't obtain through our social media efforts or things like Google Adwords and Bing. I also like the ability to target people on Spotify with the radio advertising.

What I liked the best is that is easy to use and deploy within minutes. It was a seamless process during the campaign creation. I love the targeting capabilities; the geographical and data targeting tools allows a marketeer to test and access consumers in their households when it matters.

I would love to have the opportunity to upload directly crm data and be able to do  Ip targeting from the leads we generate through other marketing channels. However the Brandzooka team has been there for me all the time helping us through the process and uploading the data for us.

Quick and Easy to use. Powerful and measurable, immediate access to programmatic online video to all marketeers.

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are moving from a Traditional TV advertising spend to a measurable and concrete acquisition channel. Consumers have to watch the commercial on their smart TVs and we are able to interrupt with the right message when it matters the most to them. The prospecting side of things is very powerful by using the data providers that connect to their platform as well as your own data.

I love being able to place ads for OTT on my own schedule.  I don't need to work with anyone.  I can be independent.  The new UI is looking nice and they have said there are a lot of tools on the way. 

**What do you dislike about Brandzooka?**

We have had a couple of snafus with placement.  The Brandzooka team was helpful in resolving all issues.  Sometimes problems with the CSV upload.  One time the Geo did not get captured and the ads ran nation wide (we are a local business.)  They actually owned the issue and gave us all the funds used in that campaign as Brandzooka Credits.  

**Recommendations to others considering Brandzooka:**

Start with some help.  Check on your campaigns often.  Ask for a very clearly defined way that your money is being applied.  Get clarity on the sliding scale on the campaign creation pages for what spend will be going to purchase media and what spend is going to the company. 

**What problems is Brandzooka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to launch.  Cut out the consultations etc. with sales people.  I know what I want to do and where I want it to land.  I have the creative.  Its great to just launch and implement without all the time waste of meetings and interactions.

We manage 30-40 client advertising budgets every month. Brandzooka helps us set up efficient, ROI focused campaigns that perform equally or better than our previous, high priced vendors/platforms like Choozle/Kenshoo.

As our client needs evolve, our media managers will require API integrations for more custom & advanced reporting.

Give it a shot and see how you like it. Too many digital advertisers over-complicate their buys; BZ is a no bullshit solution to multi-vendor, zero transparency digital marketing campaigns.

My account managers and coordinators have more time to focus on media and audience strategy/optimizations. Onboarding and day to day optimizations move much quicker.

As I've become more adept at launching programmatic video campaigns and targeting, having a more advanced interface that allowed me to set bid caps, etc. would be a nice addition

Easiest interface I've worked with to date and their customer service has been very helpful and responsive. They offer low minimum campaign budgets that allowed us to run a series of tests on the platform while getting comfortable with the reporting and features. Highly recommend testing the platform, as we've seen great engagement results

It is our primary awareness driving tool, which is our number challenge as a young brand

A wide selection of website placement that allows a more "scientific" approach for each clients needs. And I have to admit I have had really good support directly from Brandzooka employees which is impressive. I've worked for multiple other large corp advertising groups (Gannett, YP, Hearst) and had difficulty navigating the complicated internal hang ups on behalf of clients; getting problems resolved could take weeks or months (sometimes never).

More insights on reports for smart TV placement and results.

You won't find an easier path for video ad placement.
