For my day-to-day work, Box has been an invaluable tool. **What do you dislike about Box?** On rare occasions, even with my lightning-fast Internet, I've seen both uploads and downloads become painfully slow. Random disparate offerings that don't really add value that they try to push on you all the time. Really people? Read the room. Have a touch of class. **What problems is Box solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not solving any problems now. We were a major proponent of it, but now they are just money grubbing high pressure sales people without class. The costs outweigh the benefits.
