# What Workforce Planning platforms are most trusted by operations and technology leaders, based on user reviews?

Hey G2 users, headcount decisions are expensive to get wrong twice, which is exactly why operations and technology leaders tend to trust only a small handful of Workforce Planning platforms with real forecasting weight behind them.

Rippling, HiBob HRIS, and Employment Hero came up the most. Here's the fuller list:

Rippling: 4.8 stars across 13,402 reviews, the largest and highest-rated sample here, unifying HR, IT, and finance so workforce data stays consistent across every planning decision.

HiBob HRIS: 4.5 stars across 2,636 reviews, connects real-time workforce data to broader people decisions for multi-national organizations scaling past a few hundred employees.

Employment Hero: 4.4 stars across 4,017 reviews, its AI system triggers the next action in the employment lifecycle rather than just presenting a static headcount report.

Workday Adaptive Planning: 4.3 stars across 409 reviews, connects live data from ERP, HR, and CRM systems into one planning model for scenario-based forecasting.

TeamOhana: 4.6 stars across 100 reviews, a collaborative headcount platform built specifically to replace spreadsheets for finance and talent teams forecasting burn together.

For operations leaders relying on one of these forecasts, did the actual hiring pace ever diverge sharply from the model's predictions, and if so, what threw it off?

Oh Anaplan is the one most enterprise ops and technology leaders point to here, very highly rated and it's practically the standard for connected planning, scenario modeling across headcount, budget and operations in one platform. Workday Adaptive Planning is another heavily trusted name, especially if you're already in the Workday ecosystem, since workforce planning ties directly into your existing HR data. HiBob HRIS also shows up well-rated in this space for mid-size companies wanting workforce planning bundled into a broader people platform rather than a standalone enterprise planning tool. To be real, Anaplan and Adaptive Planning are built for complex, scenario-driven strategic workforce planning, while HiBob is more operational headcount tracking, so the right one depends on whether you're modeling "what if we grew 30%" scenarios or just tracking current headcount against plan. Which are you after, strategic scenario planning or operational tracking?
