# What's the best customer lifetime value modeling platform for sales forecasting and targeting for your organization's needs?

"Customer lifetime value" doesn't map cleanly onto Value-Based Performance Management Analytics, but the closest real equivalent is the long-term value of an attributed patient population or a referring-physician relationship, modeled well enough to forecast growth and prioritize outreach targets accordingly.

Trella Health: The strongest match here, reviewers describe using it to identify and prioritize physicians based on patient volume, diagnosis mix, and referral patterns, effectively modeling which relationships are most valuable over time; one reviewer called the territory-planning view a way to "build a complete picture" before targeting outreach.

Clarify Atlas: Models value at the network level rather than the individual-relationship level, showing which health systems and provider groups competitors already have locked in, useful for forecasting where new contracting opportunities actually exist rather than where it's already saturated.

HealthEC: Connects claims and clinical data to support population-level forecasting, though its reviews don't speak to individual-relationship targeting the way Trella's do, so it answers a broader population question rather than a specific account-targeting one.

Trella models the relationship, Clarify models the market. If your forecasting problem is "which physician should we call next," that's a different tool than "which market should we enter next," so which of those two is the actual question behind this one?

I’d separate forecasting value from deciding where sales should spend time. Trella Health seems more actionable if reps need a ranked list of physician relationships to pursue, while Clarify Atlas looks better suited to the earlier market-planning question. The useful test is whether the model changes who your team contacts next.
