Most times the PDF appeared garbled or missing pages which is quite embarrassing to discover during a board meeting. BoardPAC iPad application has a easy access to meetings and calendar. Annotation is great. Sharing annotation is very useful. Secure encrypted chat facility also is useful. As a member the smoothness and reliability is at it's highest. I use the solution the board meetings and the ability to access also on iPhone in a rush is useful. The password reset for resetting when I forget my password too is very useful. The solution was cost effective. The support services are very good. **What do you dislike about BoardPAC?** BoardPAC continues to add functionality and therefore gaps which existed in the past are now filled.
