User friendly and amazing support structure

I really appreciate Curt Leigh's constant training and assistance, which helped me become confident with BoardPAC. The feature that stands out to me the most is having one place for all reports, as it allows for quick updates or replacements—this is just excellent. The platform's ability to load reports in one spot, rather than sending emails to all directors, simplifies everything significantly. Initially, it was tough to use, but now it's much easier to manage meetings and approvals without the hassle of circulating emails, thanks to having a secure vault for important board papers.

It’s very user-friendly overall, and I like all the features especially the pack delivery report feature.
