The latest version is compatible with all devices including iOS, macOS, android and windows. This has helped us in supporting multiple user segments including the middle management . Further the BoardPAC solution including front end and back end infrastructure complies with the banking security policies, which are in line with the ISO27001. With the completion of the upgraded version we have more frequent management meetings in addition to board meetings,which enables ease of use, convenience, transparency and tracebility. . **What do you dislike about BoardPAC?** The enhanced functionalities that we were looking forward to was fulfilled with the newer version. **Recommendations to others considering BoardPAC:** I highly recommend BoardPAC as a enterprise grade functional solution for the banking and financial sector. It has met with our compliances of security policies and usability requirements. The functionality as a board secretary is useful. It covers the pre-board steps of collecting the board material from the divisions in a organized manner with the ability for the divisions to independently login and submit material in a timely manner with notifications. It allows me as the board secretary to notify results and minutes back to the divisional persons in through the system with automated steps. I am also pleased to inform that we are happy with the support and service offered through our five years of usage of BoardPAC. The cost and purchase of additional licenses is easy when we have had to expand our licenses. Overall we are happy to recommend the solution to other large companies **What problems is BoardPAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** The composition of our board members span across different countries and regions. Hence the ability to instantly contact directors wherever they are is a benefit. When we used paper based board meetings informing board members of updates in a secure and reliable manner was a great challenge. This is solved by BoardPAC. Our Board of Directors and Senior Managers are ardent users of the system, and we have seen the levels of productivity increase for our organisation through its use overall. **What do you dislike about BoardPAC?** Not applicable. BoardPAC is a tool of immense effectiveness and there is not hing that we dislike about this product.It is an extremely efficient tool and there is nothing negative about this product whatsoever. **What problems is BoardPAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool has enabled us to cohesively collaborate across our various boards, committees, and management teams, enabling stakeholders from all across the globe to lead and coordinate through an incalculably beneficial tool. It is as if it was made for a certain jusridiction not for Lesotho and RSA e.g Round Robin is called a circular. **What problems is BoardPAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem was that MCA did not have a digital solution for board management. MCA now has a digital solution, accessible on several devises, can be used without an app, security of documents, unlimited training, one board depository etc ### 37.
