What do you dislike about Bluetent?
Well, Boost just cost us another $2,000! This has become somewhat of a running gag around our office, given the prolific nature of software bugs and errors on behalf of Rezfusion's Boost offering during our limited two month tenure of use. In our partnership with Boost, we took approximately 20 bookings from integrated channels through Boost, Booking.com primarily as they were not able to get VRBO live when we were with them and Google was in beta. Of these bookings over half were taken at prices less than 25% of our stated rate set and another five or six double booked for dates that were already allocated. Almost a year later this gift keeps giving- today we were expecting to receive a 10 day check in from a guest that had actually cancelled more than eight months ago! Boost failed to integrate the cancellation and as a result we have ten nights of occupancy lost.
Given this experience, we quickly left Boost and to this day we still receive monthly invoice requests from employees there who apparently still believe we are customers. This monthly discourse with the aforementioned billing personnel has also proven to have become somewhat of a gag within our office. In short- Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. These guys are a joke! Did not even offer to help reimburse us for the tens of thousands of dollars in booking relocation fees we accrued as a direct result of the platform.
