The software is adaptable and has many very useful features that make it suit our processes as-is while allowing for improvements and evolution of the work. We program a lot of detailed Work Plans that have tons of data in the programming as well as the results completion. We find that the system response could be faster in some areas of activity. Having said that, the Blue Mountain group have dedicated time and resources to improve this and though not fully resolved are constantly making incremental changes to speed up system response in those specific areas of activity. It´s tedious to add and edit WPTs, Asset selection when adding WO´s could be more interactive its a lot text input based, not all fields can be displayed in queries, WO´s are limited to only one Asset, Supervisor and assigned person are not in the same configuration this limits flexibility assigning work, you need to manually save changes made it could be usefull to have an auto save feature.
