Excellent customer experience. Staff very knowledgeable, willing and eager to help with issues, able to pivot on the fly if necessary while meeting many quality requirements. The software is adaptable and has many very useful features that make it suit our processes as-is while allowing for improvements and evolution of the work. We use the software on a national level and have multiple reader access, work executor, reviewers and data administrators that have expressed positive experience in using the software. We program a lot of detailed Work Plans that have tons of data in the programming as well as the results completion. We find that the system response could be faster in some areas of activity. Having said that, the Blue Mountain group have dedicated time and resources to improve this and though not fully resolved are constantly making incremental changes to speed up system response in those specific areas of activity.
