**What do you like best about Bloom?**

Bloom has really good features for someone who is looking to streamline their operations.  Bloom seems to be catered to freelancers and creatives.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

Bloom doesn't have a way to accurately and fully visualize sales and revenue data.  Also, there doesn't seem to be a filtering system for customers that would help you to qualify leads, and add value to each lead.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloom helps to streamline the process of lead capture, to communications, and invoicing.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

Bloom has a stunning UI, and checks most of the boxes for solopreneurs and small creatives teams who want to centralize client communications.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

It includes project management but doesn't have a task management system, so it more project tracking than management.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re currently in a trial, and I was drawn to Bloom because I’m looking to centralize client communication, reduce the growing costs of our tech stack, and improve our workflows by building more efficient system processes.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

I may have ADHD so out of sight, out of mind. I like tools that allow me to have everything I need in one place, and especially I love automations. I don't know how it compares to competitors because not enough people have a product that works in the UK, so I have only used this and Zoho and that one is complicated and a little bit ugly.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

I may just not know how to do it, but the calendar availability needing to update manually is a bit of a pain, but not so major as to be a problem. I just need to be better at keeping on top of fixing it.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a solopreneur at the early stage of business and cannot pay for a VA so I need tools to help me delegate tasks that don't need a person to action them and lower my load so I can focus on those that need a person, and especially need my creative skills.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

The website hosting is excellent. As I mentioned in the section about what I dislike, most of the work I do right now is on a volunteer basis. I hope to restart my career and make money from my photography again, but that is not the case right now. I cannot justify a monthly expense to maintain a website. Being able to host a professional-looking website for free is definitely an advantage!

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

At this point in my life, I do my photography on a volunteer basis. I was excited to see that Bloom offered free accounts,  and was looking forward to being able to use Bloom to transfer photos to the organisation I volunteer for.  What I found was definitely not clear was that there was a lifetime limit of 6 projects on a free account. Not 6 at a time, like other CRM platforms do or did, but  lifetime maximum of 6 projects. When i tried to add photos from a different event to a gallery I had already created for one organisation, I found it was not evident how to switch between galleries or album.

I understand free accounts have limits. But because of the lifetime limit on project, i have gone back to using Google photos to transfer photos. And when I did, the organiser of the event I volunteered at commented that it ended up being easier to download them from Google photo than from Bloom.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had hoped it would solve the problem of delivering the photos to my client. I did, on a limited basis, with the online galleries. But please see my comment about the limits for free accounts.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

Some of my favorite features Bloom offers include the ability to create and send questionnaires and forms, the ease of creating, customizing and sending invoices and contracts, and the layout of my project workflow. It is so satisfying!! For every project, you get to keep track of which step you're on in your process, check things off when they're complete, and now we get to customize the tabs so the organization is endless.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

When I originally started with Bloom, I used the messages tab to communicate with clients. I found that many times my clients weren't getting my messages, so I switched over to a gmail account. Not a big deal; I now prefer having it separated that way anyway! I would also love to see Clover come to the payment options. I have Square but I would love to switch to Clover because I heard it's cheaper with its rates - so I'd love to see that as a payment method.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I struggled with the issue of getting signatures for my contracts with everything I do being online. This was the main reason I was interested in Bloom in the first place - the ease of uploading a contract and getting an electronic signature with an automatic counter signature too. It also allows me to get paid with ease through the invoices.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

The automation features, clean layout and templates for tracking leads to delivering multi-faceted  (or simple) projects for my digital media company as a solopreneur has given me confidence and peace of mind. I really enjoy using Bloom, it hosts my website, leads, project tracking and revenue - the automation potential is also excellent. This is a product that allows me to focus on delivering a great service/product, without spending time I don't have manually executing every customers journey.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

The lack of custom options when using Bloom to host your website is a little frustrating, especially when trying to improve your SEO or web page based on load times or something similar. It also does not track payments made directly to your bank account (for larger clients), which is not a big deal, but requires manual management to trigger 'payment recieved' emails etc. Another small thing is that you cant set invoice line items to 'taxable' as a default - if you change the details and forget to click the slider again, you can send invoices to clients without the tax added..which is unprofessional to explain later. Another frustration is the inability to add text to an email when sending an invoice, which means I almost always need to send 2 emails..there's only so much you can add to the 'memo' section.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows leads to complete forms, select meeting times that suit them and prompts me to act or respond after time durations or inputs from customers. It saves me time adding things manually from emails, texts, phone calls or social media reach outs and gives the customer fast, professional and helpful direction. It also allows the customer to self diagnose (using an onboarding survey), before they speak with me, saving me time figuring their real problem out while also documenting it for use during sales calls. The aesthetic and steamlined system are easy to use and give me confidence delivering for larger and larger clients, without needing to juggle multiple digital platforms.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

I love a lot of different things about Bloom, but I have to say that my favorite part is the Project tabs and  how easy it is to invoice clients. Everything is all right there that we could possibly need to send to a client. And it's very easy to keep track of. 
The Bloom team is also ALWAYS coming out with new improvements to their system, and really take into account what their clients are looking for in a system. 
I also love how easy it is to integrate into an existing website, and how beautiful the forms look.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

I don't think that there are really any downsides. There is always room to improve, which Bloom is always doing. The only part that I found  bit frustrating was when I was adding in old payments to test what it was like, it would add it to the current years data instead of the previous year that it was from.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted a better Lead capture form that integrated beautifully with my website. And Bloom does that. I was also looking for others ways to get paid other than just CC. Bloom gives that option by allowing for Zelle, Cash App and Venmo payments as well as your standard payments. Which is amazing. This allows me to not have to pay the CC fees that go along with Stripe. I was able to replace my QuickBooks subscription with Bloom and get more out of it.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

Compared to other CRMs I've used, Bloom's customizable features and automations fit best with my business (book editing, workshops, and writing). The Client Portal is a great way to organize project documents and resources that my clients and I can access via desktop or mobile. It makes me look professional, streamlines the onboarding process, and gives so much value to my clients. The auto-scheduler for invoice and retainer options makes it a breeze to get paid, too. I still get excited every time I get the "You got Paid!" message in my inbox.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

There's still room for improvement. Biggest issue for me is not having autocharge for monthly payments that have different amounts for each month (different from the autoscheduled invoice, which doesn't autocharge the card on file).

But I know this will be resolved at some point. Bloom ships much-needed features regularly and I'm confident they'll figure this out, too.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

I love the questionnaires.  It allows me to get all the necessary info for a shoot, make sure I am on the same page with my clients, and sends a message that what they want in a shoot is important.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

I don't like that i can't find a questionnaire if it is not created as a LEAD.  At times i just need the info, i don't want them to be a LEAD, but i do need to find that info later.  So i have had to modify how i use them.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before bloom, I was 100% manual.  Sticky notes, endless lists on notepads, faulty memory...  But now I can not only track it, but I now have a clear "at a glance" snapshot of every project.  It is so helpful to make sure things don't fall between the cracks.

The interface, the tools, the ease of use... Bloom is an excellent tool for managing clients, especially when it comes to getting paid on time for remote work. Really happy with the service, and have already recommended it to several other people who are using it and also love it!

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

The paid plans feel a bit pricey, especially for a freelancer who's just starting out. That said, their free plan has so many useful features, you can get started with the platform and then scale up when you're ready to.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before switching to Bloom, I had no clear way to invoice clients and get paid for my services. Being able to set up an invoice schedule in Bloom that emails clients directly - with a link for them to pay online! - is a game-changer.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

I love the level of automation and that everything is central. Although I am still in the process of setting my systems up fully, I'm enjoying it already. It's the first CMS that truly targets creatives and our admin needs.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

It would be nice if it offered more brand customisation like fonts, primary and secondary colours etc. I also wish it had an option for clients to review their form responses or view them on one page as a final "edit" before submitting. A lot of them accidentally submit without being able to go back.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining processes and centralising resources so that I spend far less time on admin. `It also makes me look more professional and helps me keep track of projects.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

I think the best thing about using blue is the integration with invoices and projects. As someone who uses Bloom to run his small business, this kind of integration has saved me from needing to hire a bookkeeper.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

The price is not cheap and unless you have an established business already, the cost of bloom can negatively impact the growth of your  business. I don’t see that bloom helps me grow my business as much as it helps me organize and maintain my existing clients and redirect new clients to the platform

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bookkeeping and project keeping and tracking money is the worst part of my business is a small business owner who works with multiple clients. Bloom handles this for me.

I hate having a million different softwares and interfaces to run my dashboard. With Bloom I am able to manage my clients, projects, appointments, invoices, contracts, workflows, galleries and so much more all in one place.

I find it can sometimes be glitchy or not have small features that would seem to be standard in other software, but for the most part, the amazing aspects of the software outweigh any of the negatives and I am confident that the Bloom product team will get to those smaller features as time goes on.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloom saves me money by eliminating other subscriptions I was previously paying for and makes my workflow much more organized because everything I need is in one place.

When I first started with Bloom, it was just starting, and there were many missing features, like client galleries and storage. Well, fast forward to today, and you have the great company that it is now. Everything you get is well worth the price of admission. You get contracts, galleries, lead management, invoices and proposals, a website portfolio, and much more. I'm glad to be a part of the Bloom family.

There aren't many things that I can say I dislike about Bloom. They have addressed all my issues with the software over the years.

Bloom allows me to bill my clients for services I offer. I'm also able to manage my client list, allowing my clients to book my services online.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

I like how bloom is an all in one platform that integrates the entire workflow from one step to the next.  This allows for automation and feedback from clients. I feel like I've barely touched the surface on what it can do.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

Maybe I missed it by a guided series broken up with highlights relevant to the person that would allow us to learn about the capabilities we're interested in.  

Right now, I'm struggling with client galleries and wish to make multiple albums with different restrictions that could be provided to others in that workflow.  It appears to be all or none.  In the starter version, 

I'm locked to only accepting three active workflows. This doesn't help me when I would also like to create a gallery that does not include a workflow to put up and share on my page.  Is this possible?  I'd like to do this so I can more easily share work with the models after a TFP session.  

Also, after a gallery is archived, are people still able to access it to download files, etc?
I cannot find a centralized gallery page hosting all the galleries I've uploaded to date in a singular location. Am I overlooking it? The user interface isn't as intuitive and straightforward for someone who wants to come here and work and at times, I'm finding I'm fighting the process then being helped.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloom is providing an all-in-one solution for CRM, i can see the potential in having these done in a single shop, all intralocated to one another.  It would be better if they had a more open user interface that wasn't under so many prompts to access, let's say, a gallery that would be under deliverables. 

Also, the app for the phone is pretty rudimentary.  It gives me a dashboard showing highlights. The next tab is dedicated to populating data for a new lead.  I haven't seen it possible yet, but having all the contracts under the project for the customer to sign would greatly help.  I don't see the albums within the app and have to go to the site from my phone to look at the phones and change perms. This should be possible within the app.   I would like to see a calendar that I could edit within the app, which should be our "mobile" support."   

Also, is it impossible to leave the contact void to account for personal projects?

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

Bloom can capture leads, start the process of an inquiry, and email sequence. You can embed a messanger and call to action into your website. Set up a lead funnel. Instant booking and calendar integration for setting up calls. Sending invoices and contracts, collecting payments. Delivering Image galleries. 
 I have witnessed the growth and developments of this platform over the last 5 years. It's incredible how fast suggestions on new features are designed and implemented. It just keeps getting better and better. I highly recommend CRM. I saved a ton of money on multiple subscriptions to other programs that are all included in Bloom

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

I would like them to have more template options within the web site and gallery features. I want the branding options within the email, forms, and client portals to have more designed elements. It is a simple and clean design. print fulfillment would make it the perfect platfom.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloom solves so many problems in one fell swoop. A lead magnet, questionnaire, client management, invoicing, contacts, scheduling,instant booking, custom workflows, image delivery, and email automation. I can't think of a better CRM.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

The most helpful aspect to Bloom is the project management section. Before, I didn't have a concrete flow to my work. For example,  I'd finish projects and instead of sharing on them on socials they'd build up in my hard drive. Using  Bloom, it helped me see where I'd cut my workflow short. Now I'm able to visually see what each step a project should be going through.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

I would like the invoices to reflect what the customer has already paid so when I resend they're able to see when and how they paid. I'm only able to see that on my end. 

Another thing, when I first go to the bloom website, it never shows "login" - it only shows sign up. I have to press sign up for it to take me to the page. Logging in is always a little glitchy.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloom helped me see my work flow visibly through the project management section. Because of this platform I was able to be more precise on what my project flow should look like. It's helped tremendously with organization and for me to see what my workload actually is.

I wish there were better/more website templates. Being able to host my business management and my website on the same service would greatly streamline my day.

Client management and invoice tracking is easy and intuitive. Workflow for each individual project keeps my project management streamlined. It's not quite ASANA level of nuance, but milestone-based tracking is sufficient for my current needs.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

Bloom is one of the best-designed small business platforms I have ever experienced. It allows me to create invoices and send them to my client quickly. The built-in workflows also allow me to keep track of all my current projects without getting overwhelmed. Also, the lead forms that you can build in Bloom make a huge difference. As soon as I put them on my website, I saw an actual increase in the leads that I got just because of how fast and easy the forms are to fill out. If you are a small business, this CRM is definitely worth taking a look at.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

Right now, there is no calling or texting functionality built into the app so you are limited to email for your main communication method. Other than that its a very solid application.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bloom helps me manage my business and stay organized across multiple different projects at the same time. It's strongest features are definitely the workflow feature as well as the forms feature.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

It's very simple to create and send invoices for marketing agency clients every month. Saves lots of my time as an agency founder. 
I can create and sign contracts with my agency clients online which makes all of this process so much faster. I can also keep track of each client, invoices paid, and open projects without manually doing anything.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

Currently, I cannot send invoices to my clients in multiple currencies. If you choose dollars, all your invoices will be in dollars. Perhaps a feature to choose a currency for each client would be awesome.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It usually takes time to create and send invoices to all my agency clients. With Bloom, I can do that in a couple of minutes. When signing a contract with a new client, there is always a lot of back and forth and time-consuming contract creation process, adding all of the client information manually into Word documents and then sending PDFs. Using Bloom, I can use the same contract template, and fill only unique details about each client, and send the contract to a client online. My client can sign the contract with one click, which reduces waiting time.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

This is a great way to keep organized with projects and I love how easily I can connect my invoicing. I also like the fact that I was able to reach out to customer service and they got back to me pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

This is more me than Bloom, but I definitely need to watch a tutorial video so I can access and use it to the fullest.

Right now it's solving my billing and invoicing issue but knowing that he can do e-signatures and more I definitely have to study up on this platform.

I have been using Bloom for over 2 years. It is the best way I have found to capture client information, track projects, and get paid without the need for any other program or website.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

As a photographer, I want my work to stand out. Although Bloom is improving this area, the gallery pages still need work to become a full-fledged one stop shop for me.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to streamline my CRM into one product. I am able to book appointments, create contacts manage projects, invoice, and get paid all from one website. It has been a great timesaver for my business.

**What do you like best about Bloom?**

Bloom is a user-friendly platform that requires no prior technical knowledge to get your website up and running. In addition, the photo delivery feature is fantastic and my clients are impressed by the attractive layout and appearance.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

It's not a deal breaker, but it would be great if there was an option to add plain pages using a WYSIWYG editor to include more details on the services page. It would also be helpful if their booking system could be integrated with each service.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Bloom, scheduling and collecting payments is a breeze, and their email automation/drip feature is a fantastic tool.

The project management tabs is designed for visually oriented people and allows me to easily keep track of what stage each project is at. The automated touchpoints are a complete life saver

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

It is a lot of work to set up but once it's done, the time invested in the set up pays off.

**What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving many problems. One: time management. I need more time to photograph and less time to run my business. The automated emails and touchpoints allow me to send out contracts, invoices, questionnaires and the like quickly and get back to what I love: photography. The auto charge for the 50% deposit is incredible because it cuts out a really tedious task, collecting the balance, completely! The invoicing is quick and the modern one-question-at- a-time onboarding is a nice touch for clients.

I like how easy it was to get started and how many features they include with the free version. When starting my creative business I knew I wanted a CRM that was all inclusive rather than piecing together multiple services. Bloom provided that.

Bloom can be buggy sometimes, but I run into the bugs more in the mobile app, which I wish was a little more robust. 

I am a video producer and I wish there was a way to have that integrated more into the software. Right now they only host photos.

I love that Bloom incorporates every essential tool for freelancing in one easy-to-use solution. Everything from invoicing, lead management, project schedules and workflows are included, eliminating the need to subscribe to multiple apps or solutions. The interface is beautiful and intuitive and the pricing model is reasonable.

It takes some time to get used to, even with the walkthrough. Some features require additional clicking so navigation can be better.

Bloom is helping me put every process I need to run my freelance design business in one so I can stop juggling between multiple websites or apps.

They are working everyday to get a lot of new features into bloom and I hope they implement some Proposal like Honey Book or Dubsado then it will be perfect since you can use it in Europe.

I love the ability to invoice digitally and connect creator contracts. It's made client management so much easier. The interface is intuitive and has an attractive design.

There are some features that would work better for me as a videographer. I'm projects having the ability to adjust locations and times would be helpful. I may just not know how to do it yet.

I would like a "prettier" messenger section because I use it as a pop-up on my website, and it looks too utilitarian compared to my website.  I would also like to be able to archive into another section the projects from a past year instead of seeing everything I've ever done (which isn't much at this point).

Bloom has helped me keep organized and stay on track with my clients on where I am with each client as far as the stage of the project goes. It has become my Number one place to have customer info, contracts, email automation, the status of the project, and payments. It was quick and easy for me to setup. Customer service is very quick and very responsive!

The one thing I disliked was the change to the free plan when I had a free plan by limiting the number of projects open and changing some of the free features that used to be free. I do understand why the changes needed to happen tho.

I was looking for a crm software as every business does, but every other software was soo much complicated & unfriendly. I happen to come across bloom, this was a breath of fresh air. I loved the interface and non complexity. It has all the features I want.

The payment options are not supported in my country. I would like bloom to tie up with payment methods that are supported so I can make use of that feature. Currently I am paying for the feature but it is of no use to me.

Bloom is solving a lot of services which otherwise i would have to carry out manually. With bloom I have a peace of mind. I can access over mobile too. Send quick invoices / quotations.

Bloom's support has been incredible.  I have had help every step of the way whenever needed.  Super responsive and helpful.  Bloom felt like a more straightforward CRM for me than others I tried.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

No real downsides - just some features that I'd love to see.  It would be nice if you could enter your availability as sessions (blocks) - in a simpler way.  I'd like to be able to click multiple projects and archive them all at once.

How easy it is to just create a project and then add what you've done about the project and then I love the client portal and my clients love it too.

I can’t duplicate workspaces. Sometimes I like to have four of the same workspaces with different names or titles but instead, I just have to copy everything over and it takes so much time.

I'm loving the multiple functions Bloom has all baked into one tool. Being able to switch between invoicing, project management, calendars, and the email automation tools are all awesome features.

I do wish the syncing between calendars, zoom, and availability were a little simpler - I haven't quite figured it out yet. I'd like a little more walkthrough for onboarding.

I've used all the other CRM companies, such as Honeybook, 17Hats, Dubsado, and Tave. Bloom has exceeded my expectations of how sleek the layout is and how easy the UX experience is. Bloom provides a clear snapshot of the year's income and upcoming projects, which is nice. Additionally, their customer support is quick and resolves problems efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

Don't have anything negative to say so far. Bloom does everything I need and more from CRM software, and I don't plan on switching anytime soon to a new platform.

Bloom helps keep me organized and on track for the year. I can quickly check anything at a moment's notice from my phone and can update things easily as well. Love using the platform.

It was the invoicing external site but once you are registered is not the same and loose a lot of practical tools. Even in the first site says things that doesn't work.

**What do you dislike about Bloom?**

Mainly that I couldn't fit it in my real estate photography business. But also, the feeling that it's in a kind of a hidden beta. It feels like is not even at 50% yet.

The only one was the e-sign of a contract. I lke the idea of creating projects and having all the stuff in one place but in my case it only works when it's a really big one. And even that, it feel short in multiple areas.

Snappy UI and modern interface. Ability to send invoices very quickly. I also love that I can have customers make ACH payments so we avoid paying CC fees.

Bloom is still relatively new so there are some quirks that still need to be ironed out. There are some features missing like email tracking.

Being able to text clients in a conversation format in bloom is so good. Clients also have their own login and can see documents and invoices. Great galleries too.

Could be a mid tier pricing plan. It's either free or really expensive.

Bloom makes it easy to construct invoices and bill clients. There are also multiple automation features to save time if you are a busy freelancer.

Billing in multiple currencies is not really supported, at least not yet, but this is probably not required by many of the people that will use Bloom.
