That alone has been worth the fee. The CRM is very good and so far it matches my workflow well as a solo act. **What do you dislike about Bloom?** Since it is brand new, some features I'd like to see remain under development. However, those features are on the horizon. Continued growth will see better improvements but it is a great product. **What problems is Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed electronic contract ability that could be customized. As it grows, the customization of these contracts improves. Regardless, it allows quick electronic signatures and integration with Stripe which has been a gamechanger. ### 2. For example, there is no option to set tasks or reminders to follow up with leads within the CRM. I'd love to have more capabilities. I wouldn't say I dislike anything, but a native Quickbooks integration would be helpful.
